    Good Points: Very low rates - new car

    When I identified damage to the petrol filler area rep said, " we know about that." Had I not noticed this damage until later I could have ended up calling the police to report an accident. Their insistence that you call the police in the event of any accident had me worried for the whole fortnight as half the time, up in the mountains, you don't know where you are and I certainly don't speak Greek - would be relying on police and operators speaking English - maybe they do.     The service was very good. Maps were provided and the staff took the time to explain the roads and were to go.

    Although the initial service from Just Rental Center Crete was great, the car we hired had a cigarette burn in the seat WHEN WE HIRED IT and despite the staff noticing this at the time, on our return to the UK we were contacted by Crete car Hire and advised that we had been charged 100 euros to repair this.
    Extremely disappointed with the service. Would not use this company again.

    We hired a car last month in lovely Crete. Arrived at Heraklion Airport, the man was there, waiting for us, delivered us a brand new vehicle at the price arranged, nothing paid extra, gave us directions how to get to our villa.Perfect!Would use them again, for sure.

    Highly Recommended. We reserved a Group B car, got a Group D (brand new - only 150km driven) with no upgrade charge. Service very friendly and stuff on time.

    I've used Just Rental Centre Crete many times without problem. Low Rates, new Cars, good service. Very reliable company.
