Bought dishwasher, washing machine & fridge freezer fm AO 1. All delivered and and fitted 1st time round but unfortunately they could not attach dishwasher door as the handle was not no. So I phone AO1 back ito rearrange hanging of door after handle was fitted. t took a while 28mins to get to speak to an advisor new date was arranged they arrived so following feed back for them. Ao1 Just want to give positive feed back on the two guys I dealt with. They arrived prompt asked to use back door which I was delighted with, as this avoided them walking through house on carpet. They proceeded to fit door to dishwasher this was completed to perfection. One man took a great deal of time and used his expertise to ensure it was level and square. This meant a bit of pulling it out adjusting back & front legs, as it was not level on arrival from first AO1 fitter. Both boys were well mannered and very polite. Thanks an excellent job done. We had an integrated washing machine pack up in our kitchen. AO came out with a replacement next day, disconnected and removed the old one and put a new one in. I was amazed to come home and find everything had gone smoothly, I had visions of there being knocks out of the walls, or water all over the floor....no offence!

We were very impressed with the drivers we thought we might have a problem with installation when they first arrived but they dealt with it speedily. We are very satisfied with both the machine and the installation. This is the second item we have bought from AO and both times we have been impressed with their efficiency.

Easy site to use but did have a problem with continuing straight onto to Checkout. A good straightforward site with plenty of directions. I would recommend it to others.

Naughty AO having made a purchase a few days ago I went and registered as it said I would receive £20.00 off my next purchase, order was received on time and I'm really happy with it so I have ordered another one today, however when I went to redeem my £20.00 voucher code it would appear I have to spend over £299.00 you should make this clear, not just state by registering you will receive £20.00 off your next order. Misleading!

The long gallery kitchen needed a design change from ordinary size cooker to a slim line two ring hob and a less deeper oven. I picked a good slim combi microwave oven grill to go along with the two ring hob. Then I can cut the counter tops back to make the gang way wider. I use shelves to store my large Lego storage boxes with dried food in such as cereals, pasta, etc this will do away with the chunky cupboards. I will then have room for a slim table which I will make to go with the white metal stools. It will look modern and less cluttered. Now I need to do the other side of the kitchen... Now where can I get a slim line sink........ A. O. COM enables me to make a unique modern kitchen with much more room. Bigger kitchen means the kids will be happier to run about in.

Having dithered over where to purchase new combination microwave, have finally settled on Panasonic. Best price and delivery options at AO - easy website and ordering so good all round. Now if you could just sort out any baking mistakes that would be the whole deal!

This site is ok but it's annoying that the 'back' button cannot be used. To go back I had to restart my search each time. Would like to have seen more review videos too. All good otherwise. Item not due for delivery for a couple of days so cannot review that as yet.

Once again totally satisfied with another purchase from AO.com However i am finding the delivery charges are on the increase. I used to get for delivery 2 days in advance, now i have to wait 6 days and the next day delivery charge of £39.99 is a joke. Hope AO.com can deliver more quickly for free or i may go elsewhere for a faster cheaper delivery. I cannot fault any other part of the ordering process.

Article not yet been delivered so can not make a review. I have been recommended to your site by people who have used you, hope it all comes out alright for me as I am not used to doing shopping on line.
