Further to my earlier review where I had been emailed to say my vacuum had been delivered ( to local Halfords for collection ) and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t there. After an hour discovered it had been missed at the loading point and was still in Leicester. I was told that it would come tomorrow ( now today ) and to expect an email. But no , nothing today either ! Rang the number I had but they said they can’t access the delivery system and to try again on Monday.

Can well recommend this company, what absolute fantastic service. I ordered a Dyson DC59, it was delivered next day at the scheduled time and not only full marks for delivery, but a lot cheaper than any other competitor. I was a little hesitant before I purchased from freenet electrical. The reasons being that I hadn't heard of the company and that the prices seemed to good to be true. Anyway, following reading reviews I decided to bite the bullet. I ordered my new vacuum cleaner midday Thursday and it was delivered at an allocated time slot at 8:30 Friday. I don't think you can beat that for service. The vacuum cleaner was delivered in perfect condition. Thank you. I would highly recommend freenet electrical and will check them out when I need something new.

Our cleaner developed an expensive problem so we ordered a new SEBO FELIX on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered barely more than 24 hours later with with the best price we could find on the 'net and no carriage charge. Emails confirming the order and planned delivery were informative and accurate. Thanks due to Interink too in that respect. Would certainly use them again.

The complete transaction was faultless from start to finish. The price of the product was very competitive and the best online. When I ordered the staff on the phone were very cheerful and helpful. I had a particular difficulty because my working hours meant that I would be away from home when the product was due to be delivered. This was no problem and the freeNet team readily arranged revised delivery to meet my availability. I had a text on the day with the time of delivery and the product duly arrived bang on time. Ordered Carpet Claeaner Bissell 227E on wednesday and it arrived at 1400hrs on the thursday, Received text message telling me one hour slot timing. I have ordered loads from differnt internet providers and never received such good service, AAAAAA

I would recommend this supplier I placed my order for a Polti 2400 steam cleaner around midday, by 1.40pm I received a text giving delivery details for the following day I then received a further notification at 7.30 on the day of delivery giving a delivery time of between 10.20am and 11.30am brilliant. No hanging around all day for a delivered at 4 pm.

I would totally recommend this company. I purchased a steam cleaner recently through them. I received an ancknowledgment of the order, the next day I got confirmation the steamer had been dispatched and a date for it's arrival(which was the following day). I then received another email giving me a one hour slot when the cleaner would arrive. It arrived within this time. A very fast and most efficient service. I couldn't ask for more and will use this company again.
