    Good Points: Price, range of goods, customer contact.


    Bad Points: Slow delivery, although because the item was dispatched from the manufacterer this is only a minor niggle.


    General comments: Shop4Electricals was an excellent online shopping experience, having trudged up and down the high street in search of a new cooker we decided to buy online for a Stoves cooker. After a lot of searching Shop4electricals seemed to beat the opposition price wise by quite a long way.

    Ordered a wine cooler at a very good price from Shop4Electricals only to be told next day that price on website was wrong and that it would cost another 60 quid.

    When looking on the internet for best priced oven unit Shop4Electricals stood out above all others as the lowest by a good margin. Best price, kept informed of orders progression by E-mail and telephone. Item ordered was delivered as and when promised. Polite and courteous in all correspondence.

    I ordered an oven online from shop4electrical and agreed by phone delivery to my first floor flat. A few days before the delivery was due I received another phone call requesting a further £110 to deliver my oven up to my flat. I refused to do so on the basis that they had already accepted payment and had had the oven collected by the couriers.     All details of product including picture and sizes,available online
    Delivery arranged and advised when item in warehouse
    Excellent service

    Contacted the Shop4Electricals shop, as I saw on website, based in Leighton Buzzard and asked about delivery. Told I would be contacted with 24 hours of delivery and a message was left on phone giving me all the details. I was also advised by email and was able to arrange delivery within 3 days of order.     I would recommend shop4electricals.co.uk without fail, the service was second to none, I had to phone because one of the items I required was not shown but there was no problem in ordering the item for me.I saved almost 25% on RRP which is a lot of money on £800 .

    I was advised it would take up to 10 working days for delivery, the good were delivered in 7 working days by a very friendly man.I will now always purchase electricals from shop4electrical without fail, and would recommend them ...

    Overall I was very happy with Shop4Electricals and would order again. After ordering I had no problems, they telephone to let me know what was happening, then text me a few days before the delivery to give me a time and confirm the date, there was no problem.

    Will use Shop4Electrics again and will recommend them. Could not fault service. keep up the good customer care and service, without it you have nothing. Response to emails very quick nothing too much trouble even when requesting they order a small damaged part inside fridge, not their fault but they dealt with the query straight away.

    Overall i was very pleased, I found the website www.shop4electricals.co.uk very useful and the staff very friendly.. i did see the washing machine i wanted in curry's for £499.99 and only paid £359 from shop4electricals so i can't really complain about the extra £6 delivery charge, took 5 days to deliver but again i saved alot more money than other retailers so very pleased.

    The Customer service is not very good and the delivery is subcontracted to different companies. The delivery company will not necessarily offer a professional service simply because they are not linked to shop4electricals. Also, if you have a problem with the delivery or the connection you will be bouncing from the delivery company to the Shop4electric customer services without getting any far.

    I think it's misleading (to put it mildly) to make no mention of the delivery cost until after the order is placed, credit card processed, etc., etc. This "fools" the buyer (plus the price comparison websites!) onto thinking that the best price is available on this site, when in the majority of cases this will not be the case (when delivery is taken into account).

    They were quick enough to ask for more money, even though we thought it was their problem if they could not use their normal couriers.

    But what was most disappointing was the wait for the delivery. We were considering cancelling the order not long before we had the phone call to confirm the delivery time.
