We have used Webhosting UK for our website and email for about 18 months. We have been pulling out hair out with them for the past three months. The only way to describe the technical support service is "gross negligence". We decided to move from shared to VPS server and they did the migration. It was full of errors: they "forgot" to migrate the email accounts and kept telling us it is our Outlook configuration, then we run out of space because they "forgot" to delete the backup they made...
