How can it look so good but be so rubbish. Doors scratch soooo easily. Customer service non existant. Consists of people reading out scripts about how sorry they are you feel that way. I am on my third week of no operational fridge without any signs of distress or speed from them. They and their two service companies play a great game of trading blame around. Buy from a well known brand with a proper uk customer base. (read more)

Do not ever buy a Fisher and Paykel Fridge Freezer with the ice that drops into the drawer below. I must have called them out every month whilst it was in guarantee. Now it's not I'm stuck with it. Either doesn't make ice, or drops water down so it freezes into one big lump. (read more)

“Customer service is non existent”

I had a £2k fridge freezer delivered 2 weeks ago and it has never worked. Customer services are in New Zealand and they do not care. My advice is spend money on a brand with an infrastructure in the uk and who give a dam about the customer. I await a remedy some day! (read more)

Nice fridge but not durable. simple interior makes it easy to clean.

the handle broke off after 2 years. not the quality i expect for a $2000 fridge. checking online it seems this happened to a lot of people, so it's a case of faulty design/manufacturing. support was good, so at least i was able to order a replacement, but they made me pay for the part and shipping.

if i was to buy a similar fridge now i think i would get the Samsung RB194ACWP instead. same look and design, but less... (read more)

I have the Fisher Paykel E522BRXFD stainless steel fridge with freezer on bottom. Ny handle also broke off after two years and it is NOT covered under warranty. Piece of garbage.

I wanted a large capacity fridge with a small freezer as i have another freezer as well. This product the Fisher and Paykel E522BRXFDU is perfect proportions for my 4 person family. The fridge is easy to access with the wide door. Much better than a double door american style fridge freezer that has two slim sections each side. It looks great and is very easy to clean.
Would definitly recommend this product to anyone.

We'd heard of Fisher & Paykel and saw their adverts in magazines but never actually owned one before. Fantastic product, has a real feel of quality about it and is ver flexible in regards of how you can adapt the srorage areas inside.

We also Purchased a double drawer dishwasher which is even better,great space saving idea, you'd expect it to be german! It's from New Zealand of all places!

The Fisher and Paykel E522BRXFD door handle broke off at the bottom. It's a design flaw. The only surprise is that it held on for three years. Fisher&Paykel should repair these at N/Ch, regardless how old the friger is! What am I supposed to do with it now? A new door handle will brake off again! The designer should be fired! (read more)

Our Fisher and Paykel E522BRXFD arrived broken,difficult to deal with,minimum compensation for food spoilage,would not replace the appliance,did not respond to e-mail,2 weeks ago
no food drawers other than fruit and veg. very tight freezer compartments,not enough room for everything,some bad design... Ask before you buy,what happens if it arrives damaged or nonworking...will they take it back and who is responsible for food spoilage.
