    In my opinion you should avoid Rainbow Keswick at all cost, Bad Bad Bad Customer Service

    Excellent service with a top range of products.

    I ordered approximately £250 of alessi products which i received with prompt delivery. I have had 4 separate smaller purchases through the dealer which i have also received excellent service.

    I ordered from this site and 2 months later i still haven't received the products or a refund, i have exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with them and I'm basically getting nowhere, lots of excuses. All of this is now being passed to Trading Standards and as a last resort it will be the Small Claims Court.
