    Good Points: price.pool .views .location .weather.cheap beer


    Bad Points: no bar or restaurant , requires a bit more updating. not so friendly receptionist. but there is more than one


    General comments: Just returned from the Tenerife Comodoro Apartments, 2 adults 2 chld we stayed in a 1 bedroom apt. we also had an extra fold up bed, as well as the fold out sofa..these apts are very good and clean. the plumbing is excellent and you can get a good shower with no problems. the fold out bed is just a foam matress but the two beds are modern.. to sum up this hotel it is part 70,s and part 2000,s. it does require some updating still ,which is what they are doing at the moment with the restaurant and bar, which will be ready, we heard in july. There are machines for snacks and coffees. we also found that one of the receptionists was a bit abrupt and not the freindliest you could find..this hotel is also part self residential..we ahd no problems with this as they are all very nice people..the location is superb for views and has a very large pool, the kiddies is huge also.both pools are very safe for children.you pay a euro for a bed and matress( no towel culture here) or you can lie on the grass if you prefer.. you can get a beer for 1 euro at loads of the bars and a 3 course meal for 8 euro,s

    I recently stayed in a studio apartment situated in one of the annexes. Side "A" overlooks a garden area then over to the sea, whilst Side "B" overlooks the pool, and then the sea.
    There are better views from side "B" as the trees in the garden area plus a restaurant on the promenade are situated between the rooms and the sea; however I still had a nice view and enjoyed watching the ferries motor in and out of the harbour.
