Bad Points: Very unhelfpul customer service in my experience. Almost impossible to get hold of by email or raising tickets. Phone is constantly on answerphone and they never respond. When they DO respond by email they're unhelpful.
General comments: Reliable hosting most of the time, but sometimes has blips on Friday afternoons. User friendly control panels, but information on their own website is out of date.
I have 5 websites with this www.esitehost.co.uk, but am looking to transfer, primarily because of the poor customer service.
