It depends on the quality of grass a lawn is,note cheaper lawn mowers will leave stripes do not buy a mower for it Badge value today`s lawn mowers do suffer motor failure through no fault of the customer. The customer usually finds the motor fails just outside the 12 month warranty and the manufacturer would blame the fail on customer abuse if the motor failed within the 12 months warranty. So choose a mower that will give a nice cut of the type of lawn grass you have and remember if you are paying out £180 then it breaks after one season its a big money loss and next season you could be looking to buy `again` Fly-mo seems to offer a little more value and their customer service seem a little more understanding if you get an questionable fault.
