Good Points: Outstanding vegetarian menu, especially the mushroom rissotto with truffle froth; the complex taste will stay in my memory for ever. My husband, not a vegetarian, regretted not choosing this dish.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: We stayed at the hotel for dinner, bed and breakfast. The staff were courteous at all times but the dining was a delight. The decor, view onto the gardens, ambience, table settings all blended to make this a special experience. Is it possible for the dower house to be visited by a michelin representative?
