Good Points: Very comfortable & sturdy, good interchangibility of carrycoy, pushchair and carseat.
Bad Points: Expensive! Wider than some models (think shop isles/doors) and needs a decent sized boot
General comments: We bought this system because we wanted something suitable from birth but which would grow with the baby. We hated the Bugaboo and no other system had the quality and versatility of the MPX (not even M&P's own pPramette or Pliko3).
Mamas & Papas had a special offer where the frame, the pushchair, the carrycot, the carseat, the carseat base and the stand (the latter came in very handy for using the carrycot as a bed and later the carseat as a highchair) all for '£530 if I recall correctly
There are quality touches everywhere; everything snaps in easily with a reassuring click, the carrycot has a pullout lever that lets you incline one end which is great for newborns, especially after feeds, the buckles on the pushchair were sturdy and easy to use. In fact the whole "take out of the car, unfold and snap-in" routine takes about 15 seconds
On the minus side, it feels wide (though not the widest out there by any streatch), the basket is not very accessible, especially with the carrycot installed and is a little hard to manouver with weight, edpecially one-handed. The accessories are all similarly expensive (the footmuff, sunshade and raincover are essential)
I give this a 7/10 because there are niggles, but in reality I don't know what other choice I would have gone for
