Good Points: Very good value. Representative explained SatNav and changed it to English for me. Driver was there to meet me when I dropped the car back at the airport at 4.30am!
Bad Points: Late for initial pick up and contact numbers on Invoice were out-of-date. No washer fluid but car was generally clean and relatively new. Driver had tried to contact me re lateness but only to my home number which was no use.
General comments: This was for a rental in Romania. I chose this company because an English friend had chosen them before and it worked OK for him. Sending passport and license information beforehand is a bit worrying but on the day they did turn up with the car, albeit a bit late due to heavy traffic. The traffic I knew about because I drove into it afterwards. I say, give them a try but make sure thay they have your mobile number as a contact and make sure you don't use the contact numbers on their invoice email to try to contact them if they are late because for me these didn't work.
