    Good Points: Nice rooms. If you're a couple ask for double at hotel if tour operator says they only have twins. On arrival we were put in a twin with connecting door to family with kids! We asked to move and were put in a double.


    Bad Points: Majority of staff area bit miserable and unhelpful and don't understand English. Buffet food awful. Swimming pool cold.


    General comments: Resort is fine if small. Skiing great for beginners but can be busy on the few green runs that are there. Ski instruction very good and learn to ski packs excellent value.
    Food in general apart from hotel was better than i thought and very cheap.
    Good place to eat is 'Danmar' restaurant, small and cosy and run by lovely guy who cooks the best kebab and home made chips ever! It's just 3 mins from White Hart pub on way to Pamporovo hotel. White chalet building with shop attached.
