  Good Points: Good solid box/carton

  Bad Points: Not fit for purpose. Letters do not fit or stay in the holder. A verry poor product. Mass produced tat.

  General comments: We bought this product from a major toy retailer, My daughter spent '£16 of her '£20 birthday money on it, what a load of unusable rubbish, she is heat broken no way does this product engrave anything that resembles the templates or the photos on the box. Not even I aged 40 can control it and create a decent item. I will be complaining to British trading standards about this item . This review posted only 6hrs after purchase. When are we going to give our children the start they need in life and produce decent products. This product good in theory but in the real world if you love your Child stay away.
