Good Points: Initially easy to use, support staff tried hard to resolve problems.
Bad Points: Once you imported external audio tracks the software lost it's ability to play the original sound tracks.
General comments: I purchased this software because not being a computer wiz the programme was easy to use and did what I wanted.
But after importing an external audio track the programme lost its ability to import original sound tracks with the video file. I contacted the support services which tried very hard to cure the problem but failed. So I guess the software as a serious fault which is a shame as my initial experience was very positive. But now I would not recommend Coral WinDVD Creator 3 to anybody.
