    Still waiting since November, it now December 22nd, have phoned 5 times and emailed them, never the same story. It says on their website despated in
    24 hours, yet when you phone them it was out of stock, why did they not put that, probably because they now have got my money, have asked for it back, they said it was sent 2 weeks ago. I am sorry shall not use them again, going back to using Healthspan, at least they turn up.

    Used Simply Supplements for years great prices great service great people to deal with very happy as just received my order too! Recommended to everyone looking for good value supplements.

    I have to say I had a very good online shopping experience with Simply Supplements from beginning to end! After signing up to their emails I got some good discount codes and used them on my order. Got free gift and £3 off as my order cost over £30. I'm delighted and will shop there again.

    Been using Simply Supplements for some time and every time I order I am overwhelmed with the service and price of their supplements. I can't believe how they do it! Get glucosamine from them now on a regular basis and it really is the cheapest I've found and most importantly it works for my joints.

    I just love Simply Supplements, their prices really are so reasonable O have not found any of my supplements any cheaper or as good quality anywhere else. Have used now for many years with reliable service and recommend to many friends and family.

    I am a new customer and I am NOT impressed. Not only did I get 4 pots of DOG pills in stead of the vitamin C I ordered (and no idea what became of my free gifts!), after THREE emails I have had NOOOOOOOO response!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why care when you have my money in the bank eh? PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

    I have been using Simply Supplements for the last 3 years and I am always very happy with their products and service. Their prices really are unbeatable and you can be sure that the products are good quality as they are certified and approved. Certainly a company I would recommend.

    I chose Simply Supplements because of their prices and I am pleased that I did. I placed my order through their website on Tuesday evening and I received my tablets on the Friday morning. I have now been taking them for a week. I am really pleased. When compared to other companies that I have used I find Simply Supplements cheap and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    After accessing Simply Supplements website I found that I could call their advisors to get nutritional advice, well I must say they were very helpful. No questions asked they just helped me with what they could and they didn't rush me off the call. It was very refreshing. I would highly recommend them.

    I ordered my Hoodia Cactus on Thursday and I have received it and today is Tuesday, I am so pleased. Delivery is very quick; I will be definitely using Simply Supplements again.

    Simply Supplements refused to comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. I will not shop with a company that refuses refunds and will only issue replacement goods or a credit note. What use is a credit note if you never intend to shop with that company again.I had to pursue the non-delivery of my goods through my Credit Card Company

    Ordered from Simply Supplements at beginning of April. Still have not received the order at the end of May.
    Will never order from them again. Ring them every day now, they keep saying that they will send me an email with a lost in tansit form, never receive it, tried 2 different email addresses.
    First I was told they were out of stock, then when I wanted my money back I was told they were sent and got lost, so I cant have my money back until I fill out the lost form, which never arrives. ...

    I had a week for order and I purchased 2 items from Simply Supplements. After 1 week from my order they told they were out of stock. I asked they changed my delivery address because of my long travel. They said ok. But I learn't they didn't changed my delivery address and they didn't send even to my ex-address. They have not respond my email. I can't reach them. 30 days has passed. Wouldn't recommend.

    Simply Supplements Website states 1st Class post and that 98% of customers receive their goods within 2-5 working days. My order was placed on 9th May. It is now 27th May and still no order. After emailing twice as first email was not responded to, they tell me they are quoting 5-10 working days for delivery. My order is still not here after 13 working days. I asked for a refund to be told they do not refund for delays in the post and will not investigate non delivery until after 20 working days ...

    My order from Simply Supplements has been successfully processed and dispatched on (29/4/09), but goods not received till 08/05/09 and still in transit. No worries I got to know they dispatch goods from the Channel Island, Guernsey or Jersey (that's like french border).

    Ordered Multivitamins from Simply Supplements, they were here within 4 days and they arrived in two tubs which I like as half of my order does not need to be opened for 6 months so keeps them fresh. Very pleased, will shop with them again and recommend to friends.

    Simply Supplements website gives you all the information you need to know before you buy. Very easy to use and free postage when you order online too. It's the easiest way that I've found to order my vitamins regularly.
