    Good Points: Does every job in the kitchen that I would ever need to do, very, very well. In fact better than any other set of knives I've ever seen .


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: I purchased this set of knives a few weeks ago. I am not a chef, but I peeled a tomato which separated just the skin from the rest. I have not got a clue why I did it, but it worked. The strongest cheddar cheese can be sliced as you want it without flaking. I cannot chop veggies like the experts, but with these knives I'm halfway there..........brilliant. My wife can even slice homemade bread, hot or cold, as thin as she wants and almost straight (a miracle in itself). Although very sharp they can be picked up by the blade (not on purpose of course) without tearing the hand and fingers to shreds.Mine were purchased from smartshoptv for £39.95. This is very expensive and although I did not need them in this case, their customer services appear not to exist. Therefore I would not use this supplier. I believe they can be bought for under £30 from www.via-tv.co.uk. Otherwise they can be purchased directly from the USA.If you like cooking and need some more knives, even if you don't, buy a set. You will not be disappointed.
