Good Points: The item was of good quality but thats about it.
Bad Points: They as far as I am concerned have not yet answered emails or calls. They will not refund me money despite admitting that they have received my return. The pictures on the website don't depict accurately what the product looks like (colour etc).
General comments: They will not return any emails or phone calls so it is impossible to have a discussion with them. Furthermore they have taken my money and in my opinion wont yet give me a refund despite admitting that they have received the return.

Without a refund I cannot consider recommending this company to anyone. They have taken my money and also have the product. Furthermore they have not kept me informed or responded to any questions or emails. I also wish they had told me of the possible problems I would encounter by paying by cheque. Therefore do not recommend Buy Online Pet Shop.co.uk.

Paid £332 for three vivs and they have not yet sent them as far as I am aware. Wont reply to e-mails, wont answer there phone that goes onto answer machine yet in my experience therefore I do not recommend buyonlinepetshop.co.uk

I do not recommend Buy Online Pet Shop.co.uk. I ordered a dog coat. It didn't arrive so when I chased 2 weeks later, I was told it was out of stock for 2 weeks. I asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I then as far as I am aware have not yet received any information from buyonlinepetshop.co.uk, despite chasing them several times in my opinion, until I sent a LETTER BEFORE ACTION to sort it out.
