Wouldnt go near buy online pet shop. Very dodgy site, you pay for something and never hear back and they come up with every excuse under the sun.

Will never deal with them again

Bought 2 x parrot cages @ £155 each, they never replied to 3 emails or the phone calls after trying to find out when they will arrive as the site said 6 days delivery. 10 days had passed so i cancelled the order, instant reply saying i couldn't cancel and was to wait until it arrives. emails back and forth and 1 arrived weeks later and the other never did. same as other reviews about Buy Online Pet Shop that i have read, i ordered 3 dog coats before Christmas, returned 1 coat and still waiting for a refund. i hope people read these reviews before ordering,

Ordered a dog coat from Buy Online Pet Shop the beginning of December 2008, waited & waited, cancelled the order the end of December by email. The coat arrived the middle of January 2009. It was too small sent it back to the returns address they tell you not to use on their website. As no refund was given after a month I emailed them several times & finally had a reply saying, surprise surprise they hadn't received the coat back. Like others' experiences noted in this review, I too have had a very unpleasant experience with the 'Buy Online Pet Shop' company. I ordered two dog coats from them and received them promptly enough, but I had to return one of them because it wasn't the right size. I contacted them for the returns address, which I got fairly quickly and sent them the unwanted coat back as instructed. This was in early January. I ordered three dog coats from Buy Online Pet Shop in December - quite a substantial order. I received two but money was taken out of my account for three. I have found it very difficult to contact them, there seems to be a problem with their e-mail system. Needless to say, the missing coat has not arrived as yet.
I definitely will not use them again

I ordered a dog coat over a month ago and the same thing happened. They took the money out of my account and have not yet received the coat. The phone number is always on an answer phone it seems. I do not recommend Buy Animal Pet Shop.co.uk.

Been waiting 4 weeks for order money taken out of account day of order, numerous emails to company, phone goes to answer machine when calling between 9-5pm weekdays. I do not recommend Buy Online Pet Shop.co.uk

I have also had the same problem. I ordered a dog coat a few weeks ago which they took payment for. I couple of weeks later and I hadn't received it. After trying to contact them by phone (only an answer machine !!) and sending several e-mails, they e-mailed me to say the coat was no longer produced by the designer (although it is still on their website and advertised on other websites) and to pick another one. I cannot recommend this website. I also ordered goods from buyonlinepetshop.co.uk 25/11/2008 and to date have not received them. My money has been taken but so far I have not received any responses to my e-mails querying the delivery. I cannot recommend Buy Online Pet Shop.

Ordered a new dog bed, which hasn't appeared and its been two months now. I havent managed to get thourhg on the phone, nor have a received any responses to my emails. I haven't given a date - oh but the moneys been taken!
