    Good Points: One member of staff was helpful but was too nice to be an estate agent.

    Bad Points: Rude and unhelpful

    General comments: After being told by Douglas Allen Spiro that they have a good rep and could 'sell my house' in 6 weeks as in good location i signed in good faith. I did not know that in the small print their contract was for 16 WEEKS !! After the service i received I was shocked to know that i was tied sole all this time and hence when it expired changed estate agents - then sold within 2 weeks ! ASK TO SEE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING !!
