    Good Points: Diet and weight loss information and forums for tips and advice to lose weight the healthy way.


    General comments: www.unislim.com offers updated advice and tips on slimming and weight loss. It's an Irish slimming company and you can easily find your local class by looking at the class finder. There is a very good slimming shop with books, weighing scales and exercise equipment for sale. Recommend Unislim!
