I've been taking proactol for 3 weeks now and still have half of my months supply left, I thought that if I just take the minimum amount of pills (one per meal) and only take 2-3 when I really indulge or give in to a take away I would stretch my months supply, I expected my weight loss to be slower, but as if today- day 16 I have lost 15llbs and I'm completely delighted. Took this product for SIX MONTHS and it did NOTHING. I am a healthy eater anyway (low fat foods, no junk or fast foods) and even still, NOTHING. Save your money, diet naturally (stay below 20 grams of fat a day) and eat healthily. This is what I started doing and the weight has come off. But this product? Forget it. (read more)

Bought Proactol from the UK agreed a price to find out more money had been taken as it was paid in USDs. Whenever I rang to inquire the girl was rude, very unhelpful and actually put down the phone. I consumed 4 boxes + a box or acai berry (bonus for purchasing 4 boxes of proactol) over a period of 4 months. No sight of weightloss. To apply for a refund, I returned (air mail from Singapore to UK) the 4 boxes and empty blisters for refund. The application was rejected. Reason - I did not include the box and empty blisters for the acai berry and did not call their customer service for support. On their customer service - it sucks. I have been using Proactol for a few months now and have lost over a stone in weight. It's been a steady loss and I've combined it with excercise in the form of swimming, zumba and pilates.
My cravings have all but diminished and as I used to snack a lot this is a god send.
Other posts are correct about how long the pack lasts, if you take the maximum 9 then it does go quickly, but you are meant to base your tablet intake on how "fatty" the meal is.

I have been using Proactol for just over 2 weeks now. Not sure if I need to give it longer, but after reading other reviews I don't think much will change.
I can't say it has had any effect at all. I've put on 3 lbs in that time, can't say I feel more energetic and I can't say I've lost the desire to snack.
Bought 3 packets, which I thought would be 3 months supply. Not so. Unless you are using them to keep your weight steady (according to the info leaflet) you have to take 3 tablets after...

This review is based upon real usage of Practol. The website states that one box lasts one month. The dosage leaflet in the box states that to lose weight take 3 tablets after each meal (or 4 tablets after a heavy meal) but not more than 9 tables per day. This means a box of 120 tablets will last only 13 days so you could be getting through 2 boxes a month based on their own weight loss recommendation.

I tried Proactol for 3 weeks and all that time i had bad stomach pains that i have never experienced before. i kept going to the toilet and i ended up quitting because it sure did ruin my life. i will never recommend it to anyone. i thought it had no side effects and i had researched about it for a long time before i bought it. those people who say it worked for them, am sure you are biased. I think the most apropriate thing that I can say about Proactol is 'give it a chance and you can lose weight....'.
I used to exercise excessively when I was at uni, which meant I could pig out on crisps, takeouts and alcohol when I was away from the gym! But I guess I wasn't burning all of the calories off In 3 years, I put on 2 & a half stone and an attractive beer belly developed :-)

I have heard some mixed reviews about Proactol, but personally I think it is fantastic. I eat a lot of fatty foods so Proactol was the ideal weight loss supplement for me as it has dramatically helped me to cut my fat content and reduce my appetite.

The day after i tool toactol my face felt really sore and flushed. The after 3 days of taking it , it was still the same and woke in night with palptations and feeling faint!!! Are you taking any other medications? Even with natural herbal supplements there is always a risk that it may react to something that you are already on. Go see your GP. It may simply be the case that your allergies/medications are interfering with it. Amend that and you should be okay

What is your calorie count? If you are eating too little that might be preventing you from losing weight as your body won't have enough energy to burn. Make sure you are having at least 1500-1600 calories a day.

<br/>Also how much fat do you consume? Proactol is a natural fat binder, so if you don't actually eat a lot of fat then you wouldn't really notice a difference in your weight loss :)

Woman above is clearly uneducated on weight loss, the more you eat and the less exercise you do you WILL gain weight, if you eat less and healthier e.g. meat, veg and complex carbs along with exercise you WILL loose weight as your body cannot digest meats fastly and complex carbs give you a slow burst of energy, so if you do this and exercise then your body will loose weight fast. If you're eating a little amount and of proper foods then your body has no choice but to burn the stored fat, if you eat a certain amount of calories e.g. 1600 per day you will be working extra hard to burn the fat and it will take twice as long.

I first started taking Proactol 4 months ago to help reduce my meal portions, and I am happy to say it worked. I found this so much easier than having to watch my calories and also - when exactly do I have time for exercise with 3 kids & a full time job? The answer mum's is never!! I don't think people realise is that THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL - It's hard work to lose weight. Always will be.
I'd been eating healthily and exercising but hit a plateau that no amount of diet/gym could shift. Proactol gave me the added kick I needed to lose those last few pounds and - more importantly for me - keep the weight off.

I use Proactol, I had tried other diet pills but the side effects were not good and made me feel worst. I was recommended Proactol by a friend, having seen how fantastic she looked and how good she was feeling about herself I gave it a go and it has been great. My main thing is that I want to know a good place to buy proactol ... cheap, because it gets expensive buying them all the time. Before I write my Proactol Reviews, I need to explain that I have used a lot of different stuff before using this slimming pill. Including other slimming pills, weighwatchers, the lot! I reckon the secret to any good diet is perhaps always exercise.
