    Whilst using this product experienced alot of wind and bowel movements. No weight loss achieved after taking for three months. Good thing is helps manage appetite.

    I have been taking Proactol for over 2 months, eating healthy and exercising and have not even lost 1 pound. Their customer services is also very bad. They refuse to give me a refund!

    I had been losing about one pound a week before buying Proactol. I have been doing more exercise and lowering my calorie intake and hoped I would lose more each week with these tablets.

    I have used this product for three weeks and have put on 2 pounds. Not a happy camper. I think £12 shipping is extremely expensive as well.

    I am using proactol now nearly a month and to be honest haven't noticed any difference on the scales, am willing to stick with it but would like to know if this happened to anyone else,,cheers

    I took proactol mainly for the appetite suppressant side of the product originally but found it has had a positive effect on my weight loss. I admin yes I did increase my exercise regime and food intake at the same time BUT proactol helped me do this and I believe boosted the effects of what I would have seen inside this time period.

    I have been taking Proactol for almost 2 weeks now and I haven't lost any weight and feel no different. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? maybe it takes a few weeks to kick in? I don't want to lose heart yet as I've bought 3 months supply! I have been taking the pills after every meal with some water am I doing something wrong ? should I be doing something differently? please help.... thanks

    I found this so much easier than having to watch my calories and also - when exactly do I have time for exercise with 3 kids & a full time job? The answer mum's is never!! I managed to shift a stone by using Proatol.
    It is easy to take & they ship it to you in a normal box so nosy neighbours don't know what you're getting in the post.

    Having tried many weight loss pills - Proactol worked for me and also for the wife. We are still taking the product on a maintenance dosage. Fast delivery by courier :)

    PROACTOL WORKED! And for a diet product that's saying something!I don't think people realise is that THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL - It's hard work to lose weight. Always will be. I'd been eating healthily and exercising but hit a plateau that no amount of diet/gym could shift. Proactol gave me the added kick I needed to lose those last few pounds and - more importantly for me - keep the weight off.     Proactol is the worst diet pill that I have ever tried. I ordered 2 months supplies and I did not lose a pound after I finished my 2 months supplies. I asked them for the refund, they said that I did not order 4 months supplies. So there is no refund.

    It was a choice between Proactol and Lipobind - my decision was based on a number of reviews online

    Lipobind is cheaper if smaller quantities are purchased - But cost per tablet over a one month course works in the favour of proactol.

    I use Proactol, I had tried other diet pills but the side effects were not good and made me feel worst. I was recommended Proactol by a friend, having seen how fantastic she looked and how good she was feeling about herself I gave it a go and it has been great. Losing weight has made me feel loads better about myself and it is thanks to Proactol, a good diet and (fairly) regular exercise.     Great product. Worth getting the larger packages as you save lots of money.Have recommended this to family and friends. It is working for them too.Proactol is great for natural weight loss and has good experts supporting claims. Also, it's clinically proven to work.

    My main thing is that I want to know a good place to buy proactol ... cheap, because it gets expensive buying them all the time. Me, me daughter and sister use this and after the first few weeks when we saw the great results I really was over the moon and anyone would think I was addicted or something to these slimming pills. Im not, honest, but they just work really well and Proactol is great stuff and I hear lots of good things about it in reviews everywhere and from my mates mum.

    I lost 5 pounds within a few weeks using Proactol. I buy proactol on the net so it's pretty cheap I think. I read a review here and there before I used it, but I don't really care too much about the Proactol side effects others talk about, i just want to shed those extra pounds and get back to a nice size 10 ... does anyone know how to speed it up... I don't do gyms btw. peace

    Before I write my Proactol Reviews, I need to explain that I have used a lot of different stuff before using this slimming pill. Including other slimming pills, weighwatchers, the lot! I reckon the secret to any good diet is perhaps always exercise. I use Proactol combined with regular (3x a week) exercise and a healthy (I try!!) diet ... so far I have lost 8 pnds since the christmas saturated fat hell!
