    Good Points: Made the effort to come and see us to understand the business. Thought laterally about candidates.


    Bad Points: No one placed yet (as of end January 2008), but it's a tight market...


    General comments: As a director of PR agency looking for talented people (I know they exist as I used to work with many), it's a hard slog at the moment, especially in the area of B2B. That's why we're looking at candidates who have relevant but not direct experience, and Tarsh Lazare fitted the bill (it has more of a marketing than PR background, but is looking to build its business in that respect).
