    Good Points: Downloadable


    Bad Points: Easus partition table doctor did not work for me. I tried to identify and restore deleted partitions on a 260GB hard drive that had 3 partitions and 3 volumes, formatted with NTFS. Another program, R-TT was able to do this easily.


    General comments: 260GB hard drive3 partitions/volumesNTFSI tried to find and restore the partition table from this drive while running Easus partition table doctor on a Windows NT system. The software scanned the drive, but I could not determine that it was able to locate the partitions and recover the files. I was able to purchase and download another program, R-TT, which I could use to easily do this.It could be that Easus partition table doctor was too complicated for my level of experience or that their instructions were not good enough. But R-TT was able to do what Easus didn't.

    This is a magic tool! My hard disk was seriously attacked by unknown virus and I could not find out my partitions. Then I found this program and wrote to the tech support guy if my hard disk could be reparied. I got a positive answer quickly and then I paid a copy. Yes, it did work!
