    I had a very positive experience at Pantiles Bridge in Tunbridge Wells. My friend had bought a dress from the store and recommended it to me. I loved the fact that you have to wear white gloves to look at the dreses so they don't get grubby and stay fresh for all brides. They were very considerate to me and my entourage - giving good advise and being honest about what suited me and what didn't. I actually ordered a dress (& received 10% off as I was referred) but decided that it wasn't the right dress and so went back to the store. I found another fabulous dress that I am completely in love with and I was able to swap my order with no problems what so ever. Pantiles have made me an appointment with the designer of my gown so I get to meet her and discuss the fabrics, and slight change I would like to the bust line of my dress. The designer will also be taking my measurements to ensure a truely perfect fit. I couldn't ask for more!

    I agree with all the negative reviews on this store. Shockingly unhelpful from the minute i arrived, not even after i handed over my cash....Once i had ordered my dress they messed up with the delivery date - not a good start....i was then told i couldnt collect my dress on a Saturday - i had to come during the week!! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous - especially if you have paid all that money!!! They have TOTALLY ruined the whole buying my wedding dress experience but i feel pity for the lady who works t ...

    I recently had my final fitting at The Pantiles Bride and I cannot praise them enough. They gave me great service from buying the dress through to collecting it. They gave me an estimate as to how much the alterations would be and it was my choice whether I had them do it or not. The prices seemed to be reasonable as they are working with very delicate fabrics.

    I fully agree with the other negative reviews about Pantiles Bride. The staff are rude and unhelpful (I was left to get out of heavy dresses on my own), this only gets worse after you pay your deposit. The alteration costs are extortionate and hidden until your dress arrives and you have no choice but to pay them!

    They totally ruined what should have been one of the most wonderful things about planning my wedding, I made it very clear how unhappy I was about the non existant level of customer ...

    I describe my experience as awful customer service. The Pantiles Bride have a great range, encourage you with all kinds of advice. Once the contract is signed they change. Most of the information is incorrect and if you try and question any of the advice they refer you to the contract. The 2 bridemsaids dresses I bought were a poor fit, poorly advised, dresses made cheaply and their tailor is too expensive.

    If you're lucky they'll be pleasant enough when you get to The Pantiles Bride Tunbridge Wells but the minute you hand over your cash they're pretty disgusting.Absolutely no interest in the fact they're playing a big part in a girl's once in a lifetime wedding and the staff are hostile at best, grotesquely rude at worst.I bought my wedding dress from there and a member of staff gave me the big sell, "buy it now and we'll hit our monthly target etc".     I cannot sing enough praises about The Pantiles Bride in Tunbridge Wells.

    I didnt buy my "Wedding gown" at the shop but I bought a Jenny Packham evening gown there.
    It was actually a Jenny Packham wedding gown but I bought it to wear as evening wear.

    I didnt feel rushed or pushed. I felt like it was somewhere I could go and buy a dress again and again.

    They had so many collections and such an arrangment of styles I was no doubt going to buy something from this store. ...
