We have just received a delivery of flowers from eflorist. Delivered by amazon. We opend the box and nearly all but one flower was dead and all the petals are dropping off. I ordered two bunches. One was delivered today and the other should be delivered tomorrow. I am trying to cancel tomorrow's order. If they have the audacity to send dead flowers out today, I can't see tomorrow being any better. I have got to try and order some more flowers from a company that has standards and checks their items before sticking it in a box. Terrible

Ordered a £40 bouquet for a friends birthday. I was absolutely mortified by the picture sent me on its arrival. I went to complain but the website recommend waiting 24-48 hours for the buds to open. So I waited There are no buds opening and unless flowers also multiply they will never in a million years look like the photo. This is a total marketing fake what this company is doing! I have tried to complain and asked a for a replacement but got nowhere. Please don’t use them, you’ll only be disappointed

I have just had a box containing a bouquet from you and have taken photos of the condition of some of the flowers. The other flowers are definitely not of the finest quality – I could purchase roses that are tighter buds from any local supermarket! To say we are disappointed is an understatement, not least because friends made the order in good faith that quality items would be despatched and received. I don’t intend to mention this to those who made the purchase as I wouldn’t want them to be disappointed on our behalf. Nothing to recommend the bouquet. Unable to make contact with the company; only useless automated system.

I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mother for her birthday. It was my first time ordering through Flowers.ie, upon seeing their offering I was delighted to do so. I set about choosing and then ordering a beautiful bouquet to be delivered on the 15th February the day of my mother's birthday. The following week i spoke with my Mom and was so disappointed to learn that upon opening the bouquet in a box she discovered that several of the flowers were already dead and what she had been presented with was the most dreadfully sparse bouquet, mainly greenery rather than flowers. I was so embarrassed. The bouquet did not look like the picture you are shown to choose from. It was her 70th Birthday, a really special occasion and to hear her sadness was so disheartening. I felt and still feel so upset. I am not one to complain but hearing these words spoken by Mom I felt I had to get in touch with customer care. I did so and the reply I received was "We are sorry to hear that the item was not to your expectations. Unfortunately, as we need all complaints of this nature reported within 7 days of the receipt of the item, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to proceed with any action". I acknowledged the reply and asked that surely they would like to do right by their customer but sadly not. My advice steer clear, keep your money for a company that delivers and a top notch customer service which this company sorely lacks. Obviously do not bear much thought to their reputation and repeat business. Appalling and regrettable.

Extremely disappointed and embarrassed. Ordered LARGE for mother's birthday and this is what was delivered compared to advertised picture. Balloon is another disgrace not filled with helium and just thrown into the bouquet. Was told to wait 48 hours to see what they are like. I want them the way they should be when they arrive not after the date. I order from florists online throughout the year and I said I would try somewhere different. Don't fix something thats not broke. I would not go near them again much better florists out there.

This has to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their flowers and card were disgusting (I have had better flowers from a supermarket). When bringing this to their attention they refuse to accept I had received the flowers and refused to deal with me. Reason being the sender had put their name down as the recipient by mistake. Sent proof that I had received them but they refused to acknowledge this and sited data protection as the reason they wouldn't correspond with me. My advice NEVER EVER BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address in the UK. When they didn't arrive, I queried them and they said I needed to contact the courier. They refused to take responsibility, blaming the courier, without even telling me who the courier was. The courier was Amazon, who simply accepted the flowers and initiated a return without a reason. I don't know who is ultimately to blame, but I would expect better service out of eflorist than this.

Bought a sympathy basket of flowers for a friend was a lot of money She sent me a photo of it and I was disgusted at the amount of flowers was in it I would never use them again AVOID AVOID AVOID

Not onyl have the flowers I have received for my friend of disgusting quality (they already look like they’re dying)… I am also missing the box of chocolates I specifically ordered with the flowers! Dont bother wasting your money!

The flowers my mum received bore no resemblance to the flowers I ordered. Hard to believe they cost £50! Very unhappy will not use again, or refer to anyone.

I rarely leave reviews but have had such an awful experience with eflorist that I felt I had to to avoid others feeling the way I feel. I ordered two lots of funeral flowers for my sister’s funeral but was not notified that they could not fulfil my order. I found out on the day when the flowers were absent from the hearse which of course was very upsetting. Customer service tell me they emailed me to tell me but there is no email in my inbox nor my junk or clutter. A telephone call should have been made anyway for such an important order. I will never use eflorist again for any flowers for any occasion and will tell everyone about my awful experience too.

Flowers were stuck on the delivery van for 4 extra days without water, by the time they had arrived they were already pretty much dead. Do not use these, you can go to the supermarket and a get a much nicer bunch of flowers for cheaper

Absolutely shocked with the quality of the flowers I had brought for valentines day for my girlfriend and the service I received after. We received them in a box and three out 3 out-of the 14 roses was dead on arrival and over the course of the week none of them actually opened properly. Took pictures over the course of the week to show this company and literally got back "we're sorry but nothing can be done and that they apologised for the quality of the flowers. No refund even though the pictures clearly show the poor quality of the flowers but because I didn't report in 7 days they said there was nothing they can do. Even though it says at least 7 days freshness of our flowers and had to monitor these flowers over 7 days. Absolute disgrace... I advise anyone going to purchase from this company, avoid at all costs.

Ordered flowers and was completely taken in by the pretty pictures. What they delivered was just awful. Nothing like what I expected. I did try making a call and got a runaround. I sent emails but they never answered any of them I am making a claim like this guy.

Ordered flowers (Monday) for my mother's birthday (Wednesday). RESULTS: - Flowers delivered one day late (Thursday afternoon). - They arrived in a box. I expected a hand delivered bouquet. - Flowers were dry and wilting (no moisture/water device in the package). I emailed the company on the day of delivery...nothing. I shared my disappointment via their feedback form on the day of delivery....again nothing. £36.58 of utter disappointment and sadness for my mother.

They are advertising free chocolates with flower purchases! They don't send them and when asked they say they don't gace too. If they are advertising free items and not sending then this is false misleading advertising and they need investigation by Trading standards!

Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £30 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor and mostly dead within a day, quite embarrassing as this was a gift. All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a specific colour scheme bouquet to receive a bunch of multi coloured flowers of no resemblance at all. The responce I got was that the florist followed the policy. This made no sense at all as they sent a generic bogstandard bunch that you see for 15quid in a supermarket. I will not be ordering from here again. I would not recommend these at all. I usually wouldnt bother with reviews but the responce from them just angered me that they simply didnt care.
