Went onto website - booked cup cake arrangement for my mum's 75th birthday for same day delivery. Paid by credit card - everything seemed fine with order confirmation by email arriving an hour later. At end of business day I noticed another email from them telling me my order could not be delivered and did I want to cancel for a refund or accept next day delivery with an upgraded product at their cost as compensation. My order placed through eflorist was not received on the delivery date and when I called the customer service helpline on the next day they were open (3 days after the delivery date), fortunately through a free landline number, the team at eflorist did not understand the problem and said they would look into where the flowers were. I ordered a bunch of flowers in July which never arrived. They claim they were delivered and signed for by some person I've never heard of! I complained and they asked if I would prefer to cancel my order and accept a refund which I agreed to. That was in July. We are now in September and I haven't received a cent from them. “What you order is not what you get.”

Apparently sending your arrangement in a vessel that is nothing like the one you ordered is fine, when the flowers are the same. This is regardless of a customer pointing out that the difference is quite extreme and is not satisfied with the result and is quite embarrassed by the delivery. What I ordered was a chic basket that would have been placed in any kitchen window and what I got was a plastic looking square basket with a big long handle in 1920's American style. “paid 20 GBP for large but got small bouquet”

Selected the 20 GBP Large option, however the bouquet that arrived did not have any additional flowers than the one which is shown as 'regular' In addition the arrangement on the photo is well done with the flowers in different length so they are all visible and layered, the ones that arrived were all of identical length and there was no specific arrangement at all The vase in the photo is purple, the one that arrived looks different shape and also is not purple. Ordered flowers on 21st July to be delivered to an elderly relative on 26th July. They did not arrive. When I rang customer service I was advised"not our fault blame the postal service". I asked for some flowers for my cousins graduation to be delivered on 21.7.14. These did not arrive as requested even though eflorist were adamant they had been delivered. Infact, they had been sent to an address nearby and if it wasn't for the kind lady living there going out of her way, my cousin would never have received the flowers!! I ordered flowers for my mum to arrive for same day delivery for her birthday and they failed to arrive even though I paid extra for the pleasure and there was no card or number left for my mum to contact back for a re-delivery. They told me they were very sorry and they would re deliver. Where can you find a gift or a packaged that doesn't have the sender's name? Maybe if you chose it to be secret. I have twice been let down on delivery by eflorist too, once on mothers day and they delivered them on the Monday (pointless) and once this week I ordered a 45 pound bouquet to be delivered Saturday and again it didn't arrive, I am now also awaiting a full refund....I don't advise anyone to use this site as you will just be let down x

Ordered a bouquet on 23 June from eflorist, advertised as having a delivery of 1-2 working days. Requested delivery on 25 June. When bouquet not received by this date, customer service advised to allow 2-3 working days from 25 June. Bouquet has never arrived. Eflorist stated they have "no control" over bouquets delivered by the Royal Mail. Refund requested and agreed, with apology (apologies simply roll off the keyboard). Ordered flowers for my daughter's anniversary. They should have been delivered on Saturday but did not arrive until Monday. Sent an e-mail to ask why. Said they could not guarantee delivery on the chosen date. Even though they give you the choice of dates. When they arrived the flowers had all dropped and were very dry. I must admit that I was a bit unsure after ordering a basic bouquet through eflorist after reading the reviews here. I can only think that the quality of the flowers is down to which local florist processes the order as the bouquet delivered to my colleague for her birthday today was beautiful!
