    The flowers arrived from Teleflorist on Friday in plenty of time for Mother's Day. They can only be described as a mixed bunch of multicoloured flowers not dissimilar to those sold on garage forecourts. Three blooms already showing signs ailing! I rang the florist immediately who I found to be quite rude and suggested my children shopped elsewhere and promptly hung up.     Ordered flowers for my Grandfathers funeral through teleflorist. Ordered them a week in advance and arranged with telelflorist to deliver them to the Undertakers. Flowers never arrived at the funeral.
    I was extremely upset, teleflorsit have said they would process a full refund but I am really appalled at the fact no compensation was offered to me other than a bunch of flowers or a discount of their site! They don't provide financial compensation.
    Never again.

    Nice flowers and delivered promptly. Teleflorist is expensive compared to interflora given the size of the bouquet. I was quite embarrassed when I saw MIL's flowers and to how small the bouquet and it looked like I had been stingy.

    Easy site to use. Flowers provided direct from a florist. Special birthday flowers arrived on time, fresh and excellent quality. Would definitely use them again.

    Ordered flowers for my Mother (on Mother's day) and was delighted with the result. She sent me pictures of them and they were absolutely huge. She was very impressed.
    I was just so amazed that I was able to order them on Sunday in Bath and have them get there in Nottingham the same day! Especially on a busy day like Mother's day.
    Well done Teleflorist!!

    Following telephone call (from me to them) to enquire what had happened, told they had made an administrative error in forgetting to send my order to the florist. Suggested they send the following day. I cancelled and requested full refund.

    Ordered flowers from Teleflorist for last years Valentine's Day. The quality was fab and the flowers lasted for ages. Would definately recommend and will buy again from them. Often have discount codes as well so have a look around.

    I think you can tell a lot about a company by how they handle you when things do go wrong and this is where Teleflorist really impressed me. I ordered flowers for my sister from their site at http//:www.teleflorist.co.uk. I was contacted a 2 hours later by someone from their call centre as apparently the florist didn't have the particular flowers I requested at short notice.     Thought I'd actually give something back to the online community that I take so much from! Ordered flowers from Teleflorist this morning for my girlfriend, they looked great on the site www.teleflorist.co.uk and I was a little worried that what she received would be far less impressive than the picture on the site. I've just seen them and in all honesty they're as good if not more impressive in the flesh.
