I had to place an order quickly so that flowers would be delivered in time. I wish I had at least taken a few minutes to check out reviews. The flowers were dead on arrival, and did not 'perk up'. “Completely different to what I ordered”

Having used eFlorist several times before, I felt confident placing my order.Their website states “satisfaction guaranteed”. I was not satisfied on this occasion. I totally understand there are substitutions necessary sometimes but they do also state “and in the same colour scheme as your original selection.“ I ordered a bouquet that was especially red/pink & vibrant as a cheerful pick-me-up for a sick friend. “Flowers do not match the order. Cheap replacement.”

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! The flowers delivered did not resemble the ones ordered as in the picture. I ordered Eden basked for my moms 60th birthday. What arrived did not contain the flowers ordered or the colors. Looked cheap and empty. The customer service reply to my feedback was that they would not do anything about it because I submitted it after 7 days. Poor quality flowers delivered, which looked nothing like the bouquet ordered on the website. Replacement bouquet ordered which didn't turn up due to computer problems. After three attempts chasing them a poorer bouquet was delivered. The roses lasted 2days and then had to be thrown away. After complaining they weren't interested as I hadnt complained within 7days. My daughter sent me some flowers, via eflorist, for my birthday. At first glance the roses & lilies looked wonderful. However they never opened & within 4 days the roses were showing signs of dying. I complained5 days after delivery, via e mail, and received a promising response in which I was asked to provide photographs with which request I complied having taken a photograph upon delivery. I ordered a BOUQUET for my dear friend's 80th birthday. Which bore no resemblance to the advertisement Instead of the tied bouquet that I expected for the money... she received a funeral SPRAY of three carnations, three lilies and a rose? for £34+ inc del!! Ordered the Paradise bouquet for my mum for mothers day. According to the website all orders are hand made and delivered by local florists which I thought would be great as I am ordering from Florida for delivery in England. Massively disappointed with size of flower bouquet received. I sent pics to the company to show them how poor they were and they felt they were within their expectations. Ordered mothers day flowers that didn't arrive on Mother's Day but 3 days later... dead! They should never have taken an order that they could not honour. I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday. They arrived with a comprehensive instruction pamphlet on how to get the best from the flowers, which will last for 7 days. Well, day 2 and they died. I ordered flowers via flowers for funerals for my grandmas funeral.What can I say other than NEVER again the flowers turned up dead and wiltered and were an embarrassment! Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered to our jeweler so my wife could collect her restored engagement ring and receive her flowers at the jewelers on the Saturday. Hung about for over five hours, hoping they would be delivered, they were not. This is a terrible service and will never use it again and would advise against using it in the strongest possible terms. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for same day delivery (which was a Saturday).
