We sent a bouquet to friends who sent a picture that was nothing like the even the basic illustration let alone the upgraded volume we sent. complained by telephone and online with pics, with auto f/u email saying respond would be 48 to 72 hours . No f/u for 10 days and 2 days trying to contact on new and existing order phone buttone not answered for 10 mins... so far after 10 days not been able to get them… Read Full Review

Flowers did not arrive xmad eve It took 5 emails over a 3 week period from myself until teleflorist responded saying they have been delivered. I emailed again saying they had not. I had a receipt for flowers I had to buy in place of the ones that were not delivered. AND... No reply back. Basically they had my money and don't give a damn now. I ordered the pretty looking Opus Rose bouquet for my mums birthday for the 19th Dec. As her birthday is close to xmas and she's never really liked that, I try to avoid Christmas colours like reds & golds and keep it more pinks/creams/lilacs etc. To my disappointment, when I visited her at Christmas there was a bunch of cheap looking RED daisies and RED carnations in her vase! “Very Bad ”

I would not reccommend this company to anyone. I ordered some flowers to be delivered for my wifes birthday and was promised they would be delivered the next day and two days later they still have not arrived. So rubbish. Staff in call centre are really polite so i guess its not there fault really as they just press buttons, so then you must look at the courior service who still have not delivered them. My husband ordered flowers for my birthday,2wks prior to the date for delivery,to be delivered to a hotel we were staying at for the night.They were never delivered.Two days after returning home,a receptionist from the hotel emailed my husband with a picture of the flowers,delivered 2days late,they werent even the flowers he ordered!!!. I ordered a bouquet for a friend, they looked absolutely nothing like the picture, more like a 5 year had picked them from a garden and thrown them together. Emailed a complaint, no response, not even an acknowledgement, chased the email so we'll see anything happens, but based on other reviews I'm not holding my breath! I ordered a the 'pink lady' deluxe bouquet for my sister's 40th more than 24hrs prior to delivery date, and they weren't delivered until 7.30pm that evening by which time she was out. There is no info on courier company used and estimated times until after purchase - in the small print after paying, you find out it's Yodel and they deliver until 9pm with no specified time (who wants flowers to be delivered in the evening of a birthday?!). I have emailed four time in the past twenty five days, and the only response I got was addressed to the wrong person, and let me know that they were "investigating" my complaint - the complaint being that the flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday were delivered to a pile of trash on the side of her home, and she did not get them until I asked her about it a few days later. Went onto website - booked cup cake arrangement for my mum's 75th birthday for same day delivery. Paid by credit card - everything seemed fine with order confirmation by email arriving an hour later. My order placed through eflorist was not received on the delivery date and when I called the customer service helpline on the next day they were open (3 days after the delivery date), fortunately through a free landline number, the team at eflorist did not understand the problem and said they would look into where the flowers were.
