I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday. They arrived with a comprehensive instruction pamphlet on how to get the best from the flowers, which will last for 7 days. Well, day 2 and they died. I sent a photo and email to the company. They agreed with my findings, that the flowers were dead. They offered to send more. I explained the moment had past. I ordered flowers via flowers for funerals for my grandmas funeral.What can I say other than NEVER again the flowers turned up dead and wiltered and were an embarrassment! These flowers were meant to brighten up the day instead they made me feel embarrassed and ashamed. I have seen fresher flowers in the bin. Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered to our jeweler so my wife could collect her restored engagement ring and receive her flowers at the jewelers on the Saturday. Hung about for over five hours, hoping they would be delivered, they were not. This is a terrible service and will never use it again and would advise against using it in the strongest possible terms. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for same day delivery (which was a Saturday). “Completely Incompetent”

My son ordered Mother's Day flowers as a suprise, he had to tell my in the end so I wouldn't go out. I family lunch out was ruined by this. The flowers never arrived. He called them and emailed with no response. Eventually he got a answer and was promised a refund, 15 days later and it still hasn't been processed and the bank say there isn't a refund being processed. I ordered 3 seperate deliveries for Mother's Day. I was sent 4 confirmations emails so contacted the company to say it appeared there may have been a duplicated order, if so please cancel one for that address but each address should receive one order. Long story short they cancelled my mums delivery altogether and replied saying I could place another order to arrive the day after Mother's Day. Make sure you read the small pint. I ordered some flowers for mothers day and decided to add a nice glass vase to accompany them, when the order tuned up it come in a cheep tacky plastic vase and incorrect flowers When I complained they told me that it said on the website that it could be substituted. but there is no option to opt out of the substitutions and no one called despite having my phone number. I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase. I ordered a bunch for Mother's day, however they do not look anywhere near as good as they do online. The roses in the bunch that arrived looked like they were starting to die. The packaging was also different. I waited in for them to arrive however they were put on the doorstep. “Felt like crying”

Just received a boxed gift of flowers. They were a disgrace. I have emailed the company and given them the chance to respond. Their response was not satisfactory,in my opinion. The flowers I received were half dead with fractured petals and leaves, some black. I have had this type of flower before and know they do arrive looking a bit tired but revive well.
