Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend. Flowers were not delivered, phoned company and they agreed to resend with complimentary chocs following Monday. Flowers and chocs were still not delivered. “Worst flowers i have ever received”

Receiving the flowers which were delivered two days late, even though my son paid extra for same day delivery, when delivered the flowers were squashed, battered and wilting. The customer service was very poor, we do not recommend. Does anyone know of an association that this can be reported to. “Never order from eflorist utterly rubbish ”

I have used them a more than couple of occasions.its my mistake Only time they got it right was when it was delivered by a florist in Windsor. Other than that they are utterly rubbish when the fliers arrive if and when they arrive it looks noting like it's advertised. Customer support is bad. I cannot believe there are any good reviews on here for this company. I have looked on other ratings sites and they generally get bad reviews - I only wish I'd looked at them before ordering from them. We decided to go to MyEFlorist for flowers to be sent to my mother for her birthday. DO NOT EVER USE eFLORIST. Absolute bag of Phoo: The order was placed on 2/2/17 for deliver 04/02/17. 06/02/17 we have still not received the flowers. The moment is now past. No flowers can now be accepted. Absolutely shocked at the flowers delivered! I ordered the English hedgerow and ordered the larger size paying a lot more than the standard price. I appreciate the diaclaimer states flowers may be out of season but will be substituted for equal quality! What a crock of rubbish. What I recieved was a bunch of gypsum and hedgeleaves with Two tiny purple roses. If you look at image on their website picture clearly shows large lilac, purple and cream roses, several in quantity. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a flower order in all the years I have ordered online! I ordered flowers for delivery to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary for an extremely ill relative to let her know her family on the other side of the world were thinking of her. We requested for flowers to be delivered to our daughter on her birthday. Order reference WA1927656. We chose carefully from their website appropriate for the person and the occasion. The flowers delivered were not as displayed or described by eFlorist. When we complained to their customer service the reply received was " the item delivered is within our expectations." Placed an order with E Florist over a week ago . A large order 4 delivers.To arrive within 1-2 days. 1 did arrive after 3 days 1 arrived after 5 days and open flowers not in bud. So Goodness only knows what has happened to the rest of the order. I have email twice Phoned numerous times Received no response. So have now wrote. “shoddy arrangement sheer embarrassment at funeral ”

I ordered a single red rose within a large grass heart and placed in a narrow black bud vase, with foliage around the base to compliment the modern design. I chose the arrangement for my friend on the day of her mums funeral and the words in my message reflected why. Had flowers ordered to be delivered to my partner as a surprise while I'm working away. Flowers did not arrive on the specified day, so called and asked where they had got to. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, very apologetic and had them rearranged (and offered a free upgrade) for the following week, by which point the surprise is ruined (my partner now knows he is expecting flowers, the element of surprise is ruined completely). “APPAULING QUALITY OF FLOWERS”

I RECENTLY ORDERED SOME FLOWERS FROM MY DAUGHTER IN LAW AS SHE HAD JUST HAD A BABY. THE FLOWERS ARRIVED, AND THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE BASE, AND THE FLOWERS WERE ALREADY WILTING. I had the same experience - I ordered a "Pink Lady" bouquet. They were delivered extremely wilted, but stupidly, I accepted their excuse that the flowers were "tired" because they'd travelled. I gave the company the benefit of doubt, and reassessed them after 48 hours...no change - still dead!
The response I received was the same as yours "they were of the standard they'd expect"...well not mine! I have been to the Advertising Standards, with no joy. I now intend to pursue this with Trading Standards. My advice to anyone thinking of ordering with this dreadful company...DON'T!! Do not waste your money!

“Horrible!!!!”

We have had a really horrible experience with eflorist and terrible customer experience. We ordered flowers for a colleague who was ill. On the day of delivery I got an email stating that the address was wrong and was there a different number to delivery it to. I discovered that the wrong address was given and gave them the correct address which was in the same area.
