Good Points: No good pionts to make. I am disgusted with the way they spoke to me and the lack of customer service I received.

Bad Points: After 3 weeks of waiting for an iron I was refunded and out of pocket due to phonecalls I had to make.

General comments: I ordered a Tefal Iron from Choicebrand and it arrived broken (the base was broken), I rang them and they arrabged for it to be picked up on the same day. I was promised another iron within 3 days and this did not happen. I rang them and was appauled with the way I was spoken to. I am disgusted with the way I was spoken to and am appauled that they put the phone dowm on me.

We bought a Anthony Warrol Thompson mincer from Choicebrand, although the box was tatty it was delivered quickly and is in perfect condition.

I bought an Tefal Iron from Choicebrand.co.uk - the iron I got was not new and I didn't get all the manuals! I wouldn't buy again as its not worth buying. I e-mailed them couple of times and they don't even show the decency to reply back!

Goods did not appear to be shop soiled, display models, or customer returns. They seemed to be new.

Choicebrand very quick response to emails when I reported a faulty item. Although identical item not in stock, a suitable replacement was immediately offered. Quite impressive.Excellent customer service procedures. A replacement product was received within 4 days.
