Purchased KIA Ceed 3 1.6 CRDi 113 bhp. Great discount and everyone I spoke to over the phone, were both helpful & pleasant. Every email - sent was replied to quickly, in particular, by James. All points of concern - buying a car over the internet were explained in full. I placed my Order, with confidence. Jess kept me informed at all times and was very pleasant and a joy to talk to over the phone. Mark delivered the car weeks, earlier than expected. I recommend them HIGHLY - if you want a Great Discount, hassle free purchase of a NEW CAR go to Autofinders. A far better experience than dealerships and NO hard sell tactics !.

very nice people to deal with at first but i feel as once they your money they aren't bothered... i bought my car over 6 months ago and they have stil not sorted out my log book after promising and promising. i'm sick of chasing them up and getting fobbed off.

Found Autofinders website through Money supermarket .com and found Autofinders website clear and concise. Having not purchased a car on the internet before was a little worried about the security arrangements but my mind was put at rest by using my credit card for the deposit and not paying the full amount until delivery of the car, which I could then fully inspect.
I was reassured also as they were members of Derbyshire Trusted Trader Scheme.

Really nice people.
The first time i'd bought a car through the internet and it was made easy.
Even when the car had been written off before leaving the port in germany when being shipped here they couldn't have been anymore helpful. They let us know before the news of the storm hit the headlines here and worked hard to get us another car ordered quickly.

Autofinders have been great ... they were let down by Chevrolet a while back. Anyway, have never had any problems with them - they provide a great service, and are amongst the cheapest around - even recommended by moneysavingexpert.com!

Autofinders Ltd not only failed to deliver our car after waiting 7 weeks after the written delivery date but because they did not tell us what was going on.

On many occasions their representatives said they would call us back and they didn't - we had to continually chase them only to receive promises of news the following day but nothing was ever heard from them until a final letter arrived.

They were quick to process my order for a chevrolet matiz and took the deposit of £500 immediately, over the telephone. This was 18 jan 09, the car should haven been ready by end of february.

Had to chase the order up a few times early march, not given any information. Received a letter 4th march from Auto finders informing me that Chevrolet had withdrawn their cars at the agreed price, and that I could either get a different car or cancel the order or telephone Chevroltet direct. Low cost was my incentive to purchase a car from Autofinders ltd however I would never do so again.I feel that car purchasers have more guarantees of good service and adequate resolution of errors from recognised main dealer than a small internet company.
The wrong specification was delivered with inadequate solutions provided by the company. The finance documents had three errors, two of which of monetary value.The servicing package arrived 4month later despite following this matter up with bo ...

Staff were great, helped with every question & query that I had. Saved £2500 on the prices & got the same car (But with the options I wanted, but couldn't afford!!!)

Great place to deal with, will buy again !!! The only thing I will do different is, I will have a weekend in Bakewell at the same time!

Really pleased with all the service from Autofinders. Save a bundle on what I had been quoted from the main dealer. Yes the car registered to Autofinders first but this has no bearing on the resale of the vehicle and with what I saved it really didn't matter. Very pleased.

Very pleasant, helpful and courteous, even when chasing a blip over RTI Gap Insurance several months later. Their advice on purchase was excellent and they weren't pushing one particular brand or model. There was no pressure whatsoever. They just wanted me to get the car that was right for my needs and correctly advised me to cancel my first order because it wouldn't have been suitable for towing a trailer. Great Price on 407SW saved on dealer price, Arrived a bit later than expected and had to chase to get latest update. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Good Prices, great selection, I would not have minded if they had told me it was preregistered, just feel a bit miffed.

I ordered a brand new Skoda and was told it would be brand new registered to me as 1st owner and would take 12 weeks to come. I collected my new car on March 1st and drove it away from their showroom. Showroom was full of cars and looked the part filling me and my wife with confidence in what we bought. Bought a car from AutoFinders on the phone, car was 3 months later than stated, I was told it was brand new but having chased and chased my log book which took 7 months to arrive I was the 2nd owner!
