They sold my son a piece of used garbage. The item was clearly a broken return, with parts broken (switch rattling inside the boat-no way to get out) propeller broken, but no pieces in the box, so not broken during shipping. Then per their very explicit instructions they give you 24 hours to return and tell you to bring to UPS. So I brought to UPS and it was sent USpostal service. I had the UPS guy verify, bc I thought I must be cracking up. (Thus wasted $ for gas + time) So I contacted them I requested another be shipped as my little seven year old really wanted a remote control boat. Instead--delayed service, multiple contacts, no response, eventually they said they would credit me for the toy, but I was still out $12.00 for shipping. They still haven't credited my purchase. This company scammed me. No idea if they do it to big spenders but this was a gift and it really upset my little guy. Big zero!!!!
