“Worst experience ever”

The hiring process was great, the car was immaculate and the service from where I picked the car up from was great. The problem came when I tried to get deposit back. I was told that the deposit would be returned within 5 days, however it took over a month. During this time I had to chase persistently to get the money returned, the after sales service was absolutely awful. I would not recommend sport car rental to anyone, don't do it, go somewhere else! “Terrible company , Not to be trusted!”

we had come over to Australia for holiday and decided to rent a car for our stay. We chose this company as it says ''its the most reputable company in Australia'' We gave back the car and flew back from Australia. after about 2 weeks we relised that the bond for the car wasnt back into our acc yet.. So i phoned and asked.They said there eftpos machine was down.. and that they would send buy cheque . i asked them to express post it. 3 weeks passed and no cheque.. so i phoned again. They said...
