Good Points: Fast delivery, very good and informative emails.
General comments: Easy to use, cheap, reliable, at least from Europe to Philippines it was really fast. No problems whatsoever.

After 9 days not receiving my money they told me that within 10 business days I will get my money back but took less then a day for them to take the money out of my banking account.

Greetings from Lima-Peru (South America);
I use to list different items on eBay, however since PayPal only allows to send money and not to get paid for accounts in Peru, it's Xoom my best choice on getting paid fast and very reliable!
I've been paid by eBayers via Xoom from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and also from Latin America in the last two years without any problem, odd delays or cancellation!

Xoom.com Money Transfers cancelled my transaction on a whim they sometimes notify you but most of the time they won't hands down bad service called customer service and they have no idea what's going on and will promise you that they will investigate.

The customer service is useless and be careful to transfer money.
I trasferd money to Sri Lanka, first they said transaction completed and then two days later no they can not find the receiver. Asked for a refund but still nothing. This is now nearly 4 months.
If you are sending money please be careful and not with xoom.... because there is no xoom in it.

I needed urgently to send money to my friend who went for holidays to Colombia. As he rang me late afternoon I decided not to go outside to send by WU but tried promising website www.xoom.com.checked out, not bad, money will be available within minutes.
