    Good Points: Swimming Pool is great
    Gym is normally very quiet when I go (evenings)
    Surroundings
    400m Track
    Friendly staff
    Not full of posers unlike some other 'specialist' gyms


    Bad Points: Impending price increase
    Lack of free weights, only dumbells
    Changing room facilities aren't up to scratch - Aboslutely baking in the summer months - investment in extraction fans needed.


    General comments: Likeable centre, the swimming pool makes up for the gym's short comings.

    Nice surroundings, good array of facilities, but badly let down by a poorly equipped, small gym.

    Showering facilities aren`t that great either.
