“Tickets were frauds abd no customer service ”

Paid a fortune for Neil Young tickets which turned out to be frauds and since then I have been unable to get hold of anyone in Customer Services to find out about a refund despite trying on numerous occasions and holding for hours. How can companies get away with this kind of neglect of customer services? I guess they hope people give up and they keep the money!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY (read more)

My wife and neighbour are in the exact same situation. Tickets not arrived, been told they are on way, now can not find out where they are. UPS not got them, yet we have a tracker number saying dispatched. We managed to speak to a member of the dispatch team who could not explain where they are, now we can not get through to anyone. DOES THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY EXIST? I have not read any good reviews on any sites. They should be closed down.

I wouldn't use this site on principle. As a fan club member I had an advance ticket purchase code. 15 minutes after the pre release date all ticket master could offer me was a seat in the stalls a long way from the stage. I tried again and again to no avail. After I gave up I found hundreds of tickets close to the stage on the get me site - all at exorbitant prices. It seems that ticket master give the best tickets to their affiliated get me in sellers. Absolute rip off (read more)

Two tickets purchased 27th Nov 2012 for Eddie Izzard 29th May 2013 concert. Great emphasis on 'you might not get your tickets until 4 days before the event'. Telephoning Getmein will cost you and they are not interested until it's less than 4 days before the concert. If you can stand the wait. Don't worry! Firstly you have to remember that Getmein sells thousands of tickets and the vast majority of their customers have no problems at all. In the main, it's only people with problems that will post a review and they are in a tiny minority compared to how many tickets are sold.
As Getmein are a RE-SELLING company you are going to have to wait until the original buyer receives the tickets and then sends them on to you. Don't panic!!

Getmein don't send any tickets. They are sent by the individual who has listed them for sale on Getmein's website so it's impossible to say when they will arrive.

My partner purchased tickets for his Mum's birthday to Rod Stewart months in advance, only to recieve an email 3 days before saying these tickets are fake! Why, oh why, could this now have been determined sooner? Not only in the past months since the booking was made, but before the tickets were even put on the site! Looking at getmein as sometimes tickets dificult to get hold off.
I would not trust this review as clearly the person has an agenda 5 stars for customer service. No indication that the person actually needed to use customer service.

...and actually everyone does have a DIFFERENT experience. if you have the time to look through all these reviews im sure you'll find there are more good than bad...if get me in was really rated low in every review, then why would getmein be 5th on the top ticket agencies ay? exactly, don't try and be arsey on my review when all i am doing is explaining my experience with them, okay? glad we have an understanding :)

My friends and I bought a friend tickets to see Lana Del Rey at the O2 Apollo in Manchester. We ordered the tickets from this site around 3 weeks before the event. I am a completely dissatisfied customer. I paid over the odds to purchase good seats and insure they were legitimate. I paid £556 for tickets that were unusable!! You're right I have the same experience and I was crying like a baby today,because my partner purchased the tickets on February (04/02/13) for my birthday-it was my dream to see them since I was teenager-for concert in London on the 29/05/13 get me in just emailed yesterday that tickets are fake and we re-purchased them today again from them(!)just for the sitting area as they advised that there is no standing ones any more.Once we bought them-2 standing area tickets appeared on their site!each 180gbp we've paid in February 105.00 or so.Now I'm 'praying' that we receive the tickets before the event and that it will be VALID ones!So disappointed and stressed that I won't receive them until Tuesday and we need to travel to London on Wednesday morning so wish me good luck please and hopefully you'll get there in November without any hassle!

Went to see One Direction last night in Birmingham with a friend and our 2 daughters who received the tickets from Father Christmas. After getting in and seated another lady and child came to sit in our seats. Security were called after we realized we had the same e-tickets. We bought tickets online with 'Getmein' in Feb., it's now 3 days before the concert @ O2 London and still no tickets. Very worrying and disappointing.
However, the good news is that Lloyds Bank ( Mastercard) will dispute this with 'Getmein' and recover the £500 paid, so they said today!

I got a pink ticket for a friend, we was going to pink as a group due to a friend going into hospital for a while. I ordered a Pink ticket on the date they was released for standing. Easy to order and reasonably price However 2weeks before the event they decided to tell me that acutually it was listed wrong and was seated. It was always going to be close but 2 days before the gig our one direction tickets arrived via ups. If you live out of town or are of a nervous disposition this might be all a bit much for you, especially with hotels and flights to consider! Getmein is a secondary site. People are free to list tickets at whatever price they want. You have a choice wether or not you buy them and in this case you chose not to. Why on earth are they scum of the Earth? I'm not sure I understand what they have done wrong? You have not conducted any business with them apart from look at the prices on their site. Now i am disappointed in the false advertisement that they have put up on their website and i have now paid for seats that i did not choose. The concert is in two days and i will go however I don't think i will be using GetMeIn again, I will just stick to TicketMaster they are more reliable. Received 2 tickets to the Script 2 weeks prior to the event, tickets arrived but not in the block I ordered. The block sent is inferior and also had issues receiving the tickets. Not very happy at all. Currently having to email disputes manager... like its my fault the tickets sent to me are incorrect?? DO NOT ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. The event is 3 days away and all her friends got there two weeks before the event she called me upset her tickets having come they where for the justin bieber concert and as you can tell all the teenage girl love him to bits. I also ordered " tickets last july, block A row c! same problem, they called me to say seller did not have the tickets, they offered me block D at the back, with 40% discount on further purchase, I did not accept this and contacted trading standards as they are in breach of codes of practice, they are meant to offer equivellent or better tickets. Block A row C where on their website for £2,000 each when they told me they where no longer available! I have contacted their disputes manager advising them I am persuing loss of bargain, and will also persue for any monies i will pay pout for replacement tickets at their cost. If this can not be sorted by them Trading standards will be taking my complaint further for me! I now have two 16 year olds, hotel booking and trains with no tickets for the concert.

I feel your pain as on Saturday i got recorded delivery went to sign before I did I notice nothing was in the letter so didn't sign. I wrote to the dispute manager (via email) they replied saying send the letter to them so they can investigate as they seen i didn't sign. But all they company says is where 3rd party we can't take blame for tickets so I hope to get my money back very soon

They have said there gonna refund me plus 50% of my money to spend on there site value of £156.19. I emailed them asking to have it in cash as I have no faith in there company anymore they don't lose out they just charge the seller the money.

To dispell a common myth. Ticket master do not hold tickets over to sell on Get me in. It's much more insideous than that. Please follow this.... They sell a £40 ticket. They Take a percentage from the ticket cost for sale, they then Add their fees when selling. So now the ticket is, say £45 to the buyer. By now they've already made at least £10. They then encorouge people to sell the same ticket on their sister website Getmein. They add on 10 % to the sellers sale price And advertise... (read more)

What nonsense! How does Ticketmaster "encourage" people to sell their tickets? You can sell a ticket from Getmein which has been bought from any source (not just Ticketmaster).
You have to pay a booking fee and postage from wherever you buy your tickets. (These companies can't work for fee you know.)
Buy a ticket from eBay and you have no guarantee whatsoever of getting your ticket, or a refund if the ticket doesn't turn up. The amount of postage you pay is up to the seller to decide, but it's very rarely free. The seller has to pay eBay and Paypal fees, so has to work that into the price they are asking. Getmein has the might of Ticketmaster behind it - at least you know that if something goes wrong you will get a refund.
Getmein uses UPS for secure and rapid delivery. Not cheap, but at least it's safer than Royal Mail.

I clicked on the website link for 'GetMeIn' from Ticketmaster, assuming they were a ligitimate ticket seller. I chose specific seats in the venue and purchased them several months before the concert (which is tomorrow by the way). After a great deal of concern and phone calls to GetMeIn and UPS (the delivery company) I finally received my tickets yesterday. DO NOT BELIEVE the good reviews - this is the most stressful and depressing way to buy tickets. Not only did we pay WAY over and above the face value of the tickets (OK that was our choice) but we still hadn't received the tickets by 3:30pm the day before we went and we only received them because I spent many hours on the phone trying to find out where they were. Because like my self they have been wronged the company should have better agreement and conditions to the sellers as you could buy a ticket and say it was at the front but over the odds then get the tickets and its at the back so there needs to be a better agreement with the seller .
