had doubts at first having never used getmein, especially after the reports of rogue ticket sellers on the web!!! but have to say tickets arrived promptly and when i arrived at o2 arena really great seats thankyou very much well worth the extra

Excellent customer service,I was concerned as my tickets hadnt arrived 3 days before we were due to travel,lady I spoke to was very reassuring and telephoned me as soon as she had spoken to my seller who confirmed they were on their way.
Tickets were not in the block I had ordered.
This is the 2nd time I have used get me in to purchase rugby tickets and I have reccomended them to family and friends.

The tickets were purchased as a christmas present firstly they only arrived a day before the event this is most unsuitable if you are actualy going away for the weekend of the event to make it more special secondly because of the type of event you were not allowed to select your seats therefore the seats were at the very back of the stadium with limited view of the game in view of the fact that the tickets were priced at £250.00 each and the face value to the tickets was £71.00 I wi ...

More information about where the tickets are in the stadium would be useful to have enabled me to choose which tickets I wanted better as just classing them as cat1, cat2 etc. and not saying what this means is not helpful. If the location was given as section e.g. L24, M37, U18 then the buyer could see exactly what they were getting. Whithout this it is too much of a lottery and not helpful when deciding which tickets to purchase.

we were very happy to see that we had got an upgrade on the seats we had already booked and the upgraded seats were wonderful.
we had a fantastic time the concert was awesome and didn't want the night to end

ABSOLUTLY APPALLING !!!! Cannot believe people actually still buy off this site. I wanted Jason Manford tickets but got charged wayyyyy more than I wanted to pay for some Jimmy Carr tickets. Trying to contact someone who can help seems to be a a journey that just leads to nowhere. The disputes manager is awful and just kept saying that they didn't charge me and give me the wrong tickets and when I wrote to the senior director, I got no reply. My views on getmein are simply quite poor really. i have purchsed three tickets to a concert at wembely arena on the 4th feburary 2010. today is the 2nd feburary 2010 and i haven't yet received the tickets.i have rang getmein to see if there was a problem with my tickets but when i rung up i was greeted by the voice of an alternated machine, which asked me a series of questions, i decided to follow through, to customers services and was told that this phone call will automatically disconnect. i ...

I was contacted two days befor the event by phone and e-mail to collect my £400.00 tickets from the box office on the day. when i went to the box office the letters, order confirmation etc did not mean anything to them. i was told that there was no such reference numbers. after a minimum of at least 30 minutes i finally got to speak with a manager after a heated discussion for several minutes i got my tickets. i had paid £230 for a room at the hilton as this was a special gift for my ...

Tickets arrived in plenty of time. I appreciated the email reminders about the gig. However, I usually use Ticketmaster but when the gig was sold out I was directed to GETMEIN where the ticket price was doubled. Only to find that nearer the gig more tickets became available at face value which was really annoying, so I would have liked to have known this was likely before purchasing.

Great gig! Great seats! Bit confused when I saw someone else's name on the tickets and felt it should have been explained beforehand that these may have been returned tickets. Caused a bit of concern at one point that we'd been sent the wrong tickets

The whole process was quick and easy. There is often good choice of tickets. The emails keep you up to date, reassure you that your tickets are on their way. I like the fact that we are notified of when the tickets are expected to arrive. In my experience they have always arrived in plenty of time for the show. Often tickets sell out quickly this web site gives people the chance to go when otherwise they would miss out. Thanks Get me in!

I tried for three days to phone "Get Me In" but it rang out, on the third day a pessage was left with a web address which I could not make out so it was not until the foruth night that I managed to speak to a person. I felt I paid way over the odds for the tickets at £84 for a ticket priced at £35, but did not know that at the tiem or may have thought twice about it although I really did want to see Billy Connelly so I paid the price.
