Good Points: Very easy to book tickets and a good choice. Support team happy to help you book and answer your questions.
Bad Points: All my emails to support/customer service are yet to be replied to. Agents I dealt with didn't seem to care if you get you're tickets or not.
General comments: Booked tickets to see Madonna in Cardiff on Saturday (booked couple of months ago). Paid for hotel in Cardiff leaving Friday morning as live miles away, train tickets booked.
No tickets as of yet! Sent 10 emails that have been ignored totally. Spoke to an agent who rang the seller who claims she has not yet received her tickets she is selling. Agent told me they would be with me on Thursday beforeb 1pm...must have a crystal ball as the seller has not even got them...I pointed this out so the day was changed to Friday before 1pm! Sent further emails which once again hadn't recieved a reply so i rang again today another agent attempted to ring seller but could not get through. Promised to call me back, no call yet! Totally gutted this was for my partners birthday treat and we have spent a fortune on the tickets, hotel, train fares and precious days off work....anybody else having problems?

Like a lot of people I guess who read these reviews after booking tickets I was somewhat alarmed and worried. All the more so as I had just booked flights and a hotel on the back of my purchase. What can I say....less than 48hrs after booking my tickets arrived special delivey, and exactly as ordered. Great service from Getmein. Thanks 5*****

I bought 2 weekend tickets for the British grand prix and paid an extra £70 for them. I rang the company as the tickets hadn't come and it was only 4 days before the event. I got told that the tickets would be delivered. Which they didn't, I took time off work and waiting in, even changing the delivery address to my works address, and still no tickets. Nearly purchased them but decided against after looking at reviews. Lots of people said tickets did not turn up. To spend nearly £300 and not get them was too much to risk.

my husband booked me tickets as a christmas present for the foo fighters at wembley on friday june 6th having heard nothing from them and only 4 days to go he rang them to see why we have not received the tickets. oh you will get them by thursday they said, they didnt turn up, rang again you will get them friday before 1pm they said, i need to be on a train at 1.30pm to make it in time for doors open at 4 pm,
so now i feeling very stressed. and wondering if i will get there at all

I had my tickets for a show cancelled because the people at getmein allowed somebody to advertise my tickets on their site @ 4 times the face value of the tickets.
When I complained was told that there was "nothing that they could do" and that I should go back to the event box office, I did and found that they had a genuine reason for cancelling my order as they thought that I was the only one who could have the tickets being advertised.

I booked tickets for the West End musical Joseph with Getmein for over the Christmas period and accepted that as I had left it a bit late, I would have to pay over the odds for them. In fact £665 for 6 tickets, over 3 times their face value. They confirmed both from their web site and over the phone that the tickets were mine and that I should collect them on the day of the show from their call centre. Various family members travelled from far away parts of the country to enjoy this event ...

Easy to navigate websiteWide selection of ticketsEasy ordering process. On European tickets (I got ones for football in Barcelona), they gave their prices in pounds but charged us euros - costing extra with currency exchange rates etc.Poor Customer CareTickets very expensiveVery poor after sales help. Everything up to paying for the tickets went very smoothly, from there it went way down hill.

We were traveling from US and wanted two tickets for a popular concert in London - tickets were impossible to get close to the date. We were thrilled to get to go to the concert. Our seats were superb - we could not have asked for more.

I ordered two Spice Girls tickets to the sold-out concert at M.E.N. Arena in Manchester from Getmein.com.
When I hadn't received them two days ahead of the concert, with me leaving Sweden for the UK the next day, I decided to call the support.
Soon enough the support-lady got hold of the seller, who managed to send the tickets to my hotel instead.
Could have been a lot easier, but eventually it worked out.

Good selection of tickets for most major gigs and live events on get me in, professional looking site & had tickets I wanted.Tickets a little on the pricey side but this is the same with any ticket exchange sites like this.My event isn't until October so have yet to receive them but service so far has been OK.
