We have booked a 2-weeks stay in Vietnam. (April 2010) Hanoi - Sapa - Halong Bay, Hu , DMZ, Hoi An. Everything was well organised. The guides and the personel of Footprint was friendly and helpful. The homestay in Sapa was really nice. Even when I was sick one day, it was no problem to adapt the program a little bit. The boat in Halong Bay was magnificent. We have had no problems at all with this travel agency. The driver, and guided were always on time! The payment was correct. And they answered...

Footprint were very helpful from the first contact I made with them on line in the UK and this continued throughout. Everything was as they said and the guides were good, the quality of everything was of a high standard. They are probably not the cheapest but were worth it. We did have one or two problems but this were sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible. We would recommend them as a tour company particularly if you want to use a Vietnam based company....

Excellent Vietnamese travel company that we booked our honeymoon to Vietnam with. The tailor-made our trip as per our specification and we found them flexible and very helpful throughout the period of booking. As well as very reasonably priced in comparison to booking with a UK based agency.
