    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Very hard getting in touch with them.


    General comments: I had smart lipo done on my upper arm. It was zero results. Botonics must be one of the very few clinics that does not offer redo or refund...just keep that in mind! I would not recommend using Botonics.

    I had Smart lipo done at Botonics. Sadly I had no results. When I contacted clinic to ask for operation to be redone I was told NO!
    I was not offered even a refund. I am sorry to say I just lost £2000.
    Since then I have been writing many emails and calls to clinic, but it seems to be going nowhere.

    I was recommended to go to Botonics in London by a close friend who had a skin peel treatment. I was looking for somewhere to have a lip enhancement. At age 50 my lips have thinned through the years and it has been something i have been conscious of. I wanted my pouty lips back!For the procedure the doctor was really good about measuring my expectations and he explained very clearly what would be achieved from the treatment, including the procedure, the final look, the feel and the longevity. ...
