Brilliant service...I bought two tickets to see JLS in birmingham as a xmas present for my daughter. All tickets were sold out when I decided to buy some so i was lucky to find these excellent tickets on seatwave.Kept informed of ticket progress and received tickets 2 weeks before concert. Great tickets ,front row seats. If anybody is hesitating buying from seatwave then don't, they really do come through,would highly recommend seatwave. A very satisfied customer!!

Went to see the Arctic Monkeys in Barcelona, tickets flew over from Madrid, arrived in a week. Tickets looked real- but it was still at the back of my mind. The tickets worked perfectly- we got in without any trouble at all. Would definately recommend to a friend- expensive booking fee, but an amazing way to buy tickets for a sold out gig in another country !! Very happy customer.

You were amazing guys!

The tickets were arrived only 4 days after purchasing. Really great.
I already start recommending about your service to my friends :)

I'm a bit upset about all the unnecessary emails I'm getting from you.
You should attach "remove from list" link or something...

Anyway, we were arrived to Barcelona to see the monkeys from Israel, and (also) thanks to you, the trip was amazing :)

Having previously been ripped off paying for none existent tickets for this concert from an internet site I was very dubious about using another site. Read all about Seatwave and them offering a guaranteed full refund clinched it and I decided to risk it.

Needn't have worried tickets arrived in goodtime and were fantastic seats. Yes we paid well over the odds for the seats but that's a choice you make and to it was well worth every penny to me to see my granddaughters delighted face and hear ...

1.easy to use,
2.kept informed of ticket arrival, sent recorded/secure
3.attempt made at transparent pricing- approx £10 added per ticket price shown btw for fee & postage - not sure if this is low/high so ticked average,here is only slight criticism in that price shown increased this amount only as you went through ordering process
4.with so many ticket rip-off stories on net we need legitimate co.s like Seatwave that we can trust

Got my ticket to me even though I had to change the delivery address and the seller sent the ticket at the very last minute. Very, very impressed with the customer service and the help provided to ensure I didn't miss the concert. The customer service team at Seatwave really went out of their way to help and to call me back when I was travelling and didn't have internet access so I could relax and be certain my ticket would arrive in time. So , "RAMMSTEIN" WAS GREAT !!! =) BEST EVER !!! But one thing made me nervous - it's incorrect time of start on the tickets, so it was delay more than 90 min , we tired on a queue awating 3-4 hour, also different band warmed up the crowd so long ...a lot of power has wasted for nothing, it's my first time , if i knew this delay , probably I could started later... sorry for bad language ;)

A bit apprehensive as not used site before, but recommended by friends so went ahead and booked tickets. Absolutely no complaints. Great choice of seats, fast delivery and really enjoyed Billy Connolly at the Apollo.

I was initially apprehensive about the purchase as it was ticket types I had never used before (paper copies to be scanne on the door). These fears were quickly allayed by customer service who informed me of their policy on paying the vendor only when I was satisfied which made me more certain they were genuine. They did of course work fine on the night and I had a great time.
The vendor also posted tickets straight away and I was able to track the tickets the whole way.

Thanks to Seatwave, I got my tickets for the Prodigy, well on time, just like they said I would. Hassle free and the gig was great, I will reccommend them to all my friends/family, it was so easy getting the tickets and I will be using Seatwave again. Thanks again

Good service and delivery of tickets all E mails concerning purchase respond to promptly.Booking fee seemed a bit high but supposeyou have to pay for the service some how.Was good value for money and will use again

My initial thought was that the site was dodgy but spoke to friends and tried it out - fantastic.. Tickets arrived and were great. A bit expensive but thats the price you pay for not buying as the box office opens. Would def. use it again.

I found seatwave very good. I recieved order updates of the status of my tickets and recieved them about 5 days before the gig. Ellie Goulding was so good and im currently using Seatwave to find tickets to another of her gigs.

Thought the theatre could do with some money spending on it. Seats ripped and decor a wee bit tatty. Doors at the back open and the venue was rather cold.

ordered our tickets on the tuesday,they arrived frstclass signed deliverey on the friday,ready for the stereophonics concert on the monday payment was straight forward brilliant service and we had an absolute fantastic time really small venue we gt right to the front whitch made the gig all the more intimate for us so thanks.you had tickts available when other company didnt,will defo tell all our friends,prices can veri but hey if you really want to go ud pay the maximum you could afford we did ...

The total cost of two £40 lower-tier tickets at MEN, bought 5 months before the event was £206. I noticed that a few days before the event similar tickets were on sale for 50% more. So they were dear, but Seatwave delivered exactly like they said they would and the tickets arrived by UPS 5 days before the event. However, I did find the whole procedure anxiety-inducing because I discovered there was no customer service telephone number on their site and the only contact is by email. I ...

As I was travelling, I did not have an address for the tickets to be delivered to. A Seatwave customer service rep wa extremely helpful in suggesting a solution. I was able to have my tickets delivered to their office, and picked them up when I arrived in London. The whole process was easy and hassle-free thanks to the assistance of Seatwave staff, and we saw a fantastic show at a reasonable price.
