This company is let down by poor service. Three tickets were for my son and friends and we had a tense 'Will They Arrive On Time' weekend. Although I ordered and paid for their tickets months ago I had to call the 08 number nine times to get anyone to talk to (18 minute wait). Four days before the event they hadn't even been sent. In fact I don't think they would have been sent if I had not found someone to talk to as she said "we'll have them sent now." Tickets arrived 30 hours before the concert. I might be prepared to use them again - but only because I now know the problems. Insist on your tickets asap.

First time I had bought tickets from Seatwave and would definitely do so again. Tickets were sent to me months before the concert so no last minute "will they arrive in time" panics. I did however make sure I bought tickets for which Seatwave had received proof. Our seats turned out to be at the end of a row on the floor right next to the mini stage from which Beyonce performed half the show and her encore, so we ended up being "front row" for about an hour.....an amazing experience being so up ...

"Bought" 2 tickets from Seatwave for Muse at the O2 about 6 weeks before the show. A week before the event had an email reassuring us that the tickets would arrive. The day before, after I phoned them, was told that actually the tickets weren't available - had booked parking etc which was non refundable so out of pocket. They did quikcly give me a full refund of all the money I had paid them, so in that respect at least they seem reasonably trustworthy. It doesn't really say anywhere on their si ...

A note to all those who complain that seatwaves prices are high. Seatwave do not set the prices. They are set by the seller and by what other buyers are paying. If you don't like the prices get of your fat backsides and get on Ticketmaster the day the tickets go on sale. If not pay the going rate.

The show was absolutely amazing and loved every minute of it but I was extremely disappointed to find out that the tickets were only £49.50 but Seatwave charged over £100 - I understand there is a booking fee but that is ridiculous. A friend of ours booked exactly the same tickets on the other side of the arena for about £40 less - I felt ripped off.

Tickets never arrived and Seatwave did not contact me until I had spent 45mins on hold and sent them an email that my tickets needed to be collected at a hotel. Went to the hotel and they didnt know anything about it. Went to the NIA and found a man at the box office who had the tickets and they were upgraded to the 2nd row. Was really pleased with that and it almost made up for all the confusion before hand.

Couldn't make the concert due to a Bike accident on the day of the concert so awaiting a decision from seatwave as to a refund on my ticket, commission, and courier costs.
The guy I spoke to seemed to think it shouldn't be a problem and I've posted everything to seatwave but let's wait and see. I was very upset though to discover that the face value of the ticket was £49.50 and with everything added up the ticket had cost me £136 which I think is ridiculously extortionate, it shouldn ...

We thought the communication between ourselves and seatwave was excellent. We saw Beyonce on the Wednesday and i tickets didnt arrive till the Monday afternoon. We did start to panic but we had lots of emails from seatwave advising us they had been in touch with the seller etc.
Would definetly buy from here again!!

Great seats at a pretty reasonably inflated cost.

Unfortunately i could not attend as my son had a motorbike accident. However my wife and daughter went with a friend to utilise my ticket and had a fantastic time. The tickets were expensive but apparently the seats were excellent with the added benefit of being at an advantageous position to see other celebrities aswell. Expensive but excellent, daughter wont stop talking about it.

I have used Seatwave a few times and found the service easy, excellant although tickets can be pricy i guess this is the price you pay for not being able to buy first hand... being able to see your seats before purchase is great

Don't be fooled by the lies told on the web page!
I ordered my tickets 2 weeks in advance, hoping i would get met my tickets early but only got them the day before.
The tickets i payed for were really good seats, the ones i got were terrible.
I payed double what i could have payed at ticketmaster.
When the day of the concert neared i called the help line and was on hold for 20 mins twice, so i slammed the phone down. I called at 19:20 and was told that they were closed, and their office hour ...

DONT USE SEATWAVE FOR YOUR TICKETS!!!!!!!

They are no better than EBAY or a Ticket Tout.

Paid 6 months ago for Beyonce tickets told by email being delivered loads
of calls and emails later NO TICKETS told tickets lost in post. 3 days before concert told no tickets and will get a refund. They dont have the tickets when they take your money which has to be illegal. If you want to be disapointed use them but in future l would use ticketmaster.

Too late to get tickets now
    Thanks SEATWAVE for ...

When I heard that Muse was going on tour, I immediately knew that I had to see them. Tickets were sold out from Ticketmaster, so I eventually got my dad to agree to buy me some tickets for my birthday from Seatwave. They cost 300 GBP overall, which was extremely high in my opinion (they charged an outrageous commision). This was in August. 1 week before the event, Seatwave emails me saying the seller couldn't give me my tickets, but they were "working on finding replacements." I called them seve ...

Ordered 4 tickets for Alice in Chains on release date, 2 days prior to gig I received a phone call saying their supplier had over-ordered and I would not be getting any tickets at all. Despite numerous emails saying ensuring me the tickets were in their way.

Absolutely abismal. I would not recommend to anyone.

The official Muse tickets for the Birmingham NIA sold out in a hour back in May, and i was very disappointed to miss out.
Decided to go with seatwave and as soon as i had brought them and came on here to read the reviews i wished i hadn't! lots of complaints about all sorts of things and as i had paid £182.00 for two £40.00 tickets i was understandably gutted!
I really wished i hadn't of worried because i had nothing but an excellent service, i was kept informed, i received my ticke ...

They charge extra for everything, taking a success fee which they mention, but a commission charge for exchange rates, which is not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. They also charge VAT on top of the exchange commision rate! I will definitely not be using this site again, they do not benefit the buyer or the seller.
