Overall your service was very good and enabled me attend an otherwise sold out event, nice! It was a bit expensive (+100% price), which probably will keep me from using your service much in the future.
I was very pleased with the service i got when i had a request for when my tickets would arrive. Fast and usefull response, good job.

And it was a great game too :)

I bought 3 Beyonc tickets for £45 despite the fact that Beyonc tickets we're 'Sold Out'. So since seatwave is a fan-to-fan exchange and they promise replacement tickets through their ticket integrity policy, they told us to wait and that we were on reserve but a week before the show they told us they're trying their best to source replacements, but a refund is best. What more could I say but what a fantastic service. Would reccomend to everyone and would definitely use seatwave again.
Tried for tickets everywhere to no avail, seatwave came up trumps and they were with us in 2 days. Commission was quite high but what the heck! Im going to be at the concert thanks to seatwave. UPS were excellent too, their tracking system was brilliant.

People there bought them off ticketaster for half the price you sold them and within a few days of the show. I'll be going there next time. Apart from the price service was good.

I saw Green Day 1st November 2009, in Wembley Arena which was totally awesome. Everyone had a good time.
It was buzzing!!.
The whol;e experience was great.
They played old and new songs.
I was standing, which is the best, and only way, for a real rock gig experience.
I and everyone was sweating.
At a couple of stages their was mosh pit going on, and i was involved. It was a lot of fun.
Heads sheaking, hands in the air.
It was crazy.
And a great night.

The ordering was simple, and the tickets came earlier than was expected so that was really good, i would definatly recommend seatwave to family and friends, the only thing i would say about seatwave is the booking fee is maybe higher than needed, but if you want the tickets its definately worth it. I would like to be more reasured on the security and guarantee of my purchase before hand.

Can't fault the service. I was wooried about ordering online from a third party but I had no need to be concerned.
Over £100 for a £37 ticket, I thought was excessive, but there were no " hidden charges". Overall a good service.

This review is for concert tickets bought in Oct 09 on Seatwave. Very easy process to find and purchase tickets. I like the way you can jump between venues and dates for the same act very quickly if you're flexible on dates or locations and want to compare prices. I also like the ability to browse tickets by price or by section with only a click or two. The booking fees are quite high, but I suppose for the guarantees Seatwave offer in terms of ticket validity and delivery it is worth it. Maybe ...

The band were absolutely fantastic, at 2hrs 40mins they certainly give value for money. It is as well we drove as Wembley Park Station was closed, that is something you could add as a service by advising clients of this. One thing that I found a bit un-nerving was that one pair of tickets arrived almost immediately after ordering and the other literally days before. I DID NOT GET THE TICKETS THAT I ORDERED. I GOT TWO FOR BLOCK 101 AND TWO FOR BLOCK 116 AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ARENA. THIS WAS A PROBLEM AS I TOOK THREE CHILDREN WITH ME.
