I paid £354 for two Madonna Gold Circle tickets ~(face value £85) -for wembley concert on, 11 September, travelled down to stay overnight from Leeds. Tickets arrived the day before going after numerous phone calls. Tickets turned out to be fakes. I suggest nobody uses this Company, they were contacted on the 11 September and have not had the manners to even phone. I have contacted my credit card company to recover the money.

Tickets bought through Seatwave in May for the Madonna concert at Wembley Golden Cricle £354. for 11/09/08, I did not receive the tickets until Wednesday 10/9/08, went down from Leeds to London. Refused entry at Gate tickets were fake, Circle was spelt wrong on the stubb! Seatwave promised to phone me back about the fake tickets I'm still waiting.

They've told me the day before the concert that no tickets where available. Please note that I've gave them around £600 months before the concert! Some of my friends have travelled from abroad.

I ordered and received 6th row front center section floor tickets to see Stevie Wonder at the O2. The order was placed about 2 months in advance of the show. I specified that I needed the tickets delivered to the concierge at the hotel I was going to be staying at in London. Booked Madonna tickets back in May and told tickets would be posted five days before. 2 Days before concert I phones Seatwave and told "vendor could not supply tickets and will be issued with full refund". Well annoyed and after reading reviews on here not convinced my refund will turn up. In future I will avoid ticket sales from this company.

I really want to know, has anyone who has sold a ticket actually been paid (and how long did it take)? The reviews all suggest people have been waiting at least 3-4 weeks for payment, but can anyone confirm they've actually received payment? I'm getting really worried I'll never get paid for the ticket I sold and sent 3 weeks ago, which royal mail, and apparently seatwave themself, confirmed was received.

Seatwave.com sent me a mass email and cc'd it into about 25 other customers, thus revealing all our email addresses. This kind of irresponsible behaviour is just unacceptable.

In my opinion all of these reviews are not fair on Seatwave as they just promote individual sellers. For as long as people are prepared to pay over the odds when they missed the general sale then Seatwave will remain strong.

The seemed very uninterested when I rang and said tickets hadn't arrived, and i must change travel plans. Wrong tickets sent, i bought 2 for block U32 and they sent block U12. I wouldn't use this site again ...ever! Recommed staying away, it's too stressful waiting and not knowing what's going on.

Ordered George Micheal tickets from seatwave, and was charged £288.80 for two tickets. The tickets arrived three days before the concert, which i was pleased by, but then realised the seats i`d bought were priced at only £50.00 each! Needless to say i won`t be using them again, and i would strongly advise anyone not to unless absolutely desparate to see a show! I suspect George will be worth it though!

Brought tickets for Duran Duran, got them 41/2 later wrong tickets as they were surposed to be front row, sent them back straight away never head from them again £288.00 out of pocket. A rubbish company in my experience, I recommend avoiding all dealings with them.

I paid seatwave £177 for two tickets to a concert in Manchester talking place on 6th June 2008. The tickets never arrived even though customer services assured me I'd have them in time for the show.
