Good Points: Keen, persuasive sales staff to get my property on their books
Bad Points: 'can't be bothered' attitude when it is on the books very poor communications have had to phone them almost every single time (30+ chase calls in 2 mths) for feedback
General comments: A review of Jordons Property Management Company - Friendly lady surveyed property and said it would let quickly at (her) suggested rental price - still waiting 2mths later to let my house after moving South and dropping the rental price twice
Very poor unprofessional communications and 'management'
Uninterested in getting the property fixed after storm damage and asked if I could come round to sort it out myself (!!)....
Latest excuse - 'the computer's frozen can I call you back'
Would probably have been less hassle and certainly cheaper to deal with everything myself.
