Rible Valley Hog Roast came to cater for our daughter's 21st party in the garden and everything was absolutely first class ... we had never been to a hog roast ourselves and certainly did not need to have any worries about how it would turn out because it all went so well. We were very impressed with the way he unobtrusively set up, prepared and presented the food and then cleared up afterwards. All our guests commented on the absolutely delicious pork and crackling, perfectly cooked, and also the canapes and salads. It all contributed to a really fabulous evening and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

Ribble Valley Hog Roast provided an excellent hog roast for my wedding on 05.09.09. The Hog roast really made the occasion!!! almost all of our guests commented on the delicious buffet and several people had 3 or more trips back for more portions.

Chef was highly professional, personable and easy to contact. The planning and execution of the roast was carefully done. I have no doubt that in the future we will be booking Ribble valley roast for further parties, i would highly recommend his servi ...

we recently used Ribble Valley Hog Roast for our coprate fun day and what a day we had still having lovely comments about the food and service andy provided i would recommend him 100% he will make your day as relaxed and fun as ours was we will be using him again back by popular demand his crackling his second to none !

Staff were really friendly and provided an excellent standard of service. timely, well presented, hygienic and very polite and helpful...........thanks!

The hog rost itself was amazing, delicious succulent meat and lovely crispy crackling........mmmm. The portions were very generous and filling, no one went hungry!

Compared to the usual buffets available the hog roast certainly provides excellent value for money and offers something a little different from the norm for the guests.

Well organised and always delivers exactly what he says he will, always punctual. He brings all of his own equipment (gas cooker and gas) to cook on site, perhaps just needing an electrical power point. The food is of excellent quality, with the hog roast cooked thoroughly so that the meat is tasty and tender. The meat would be suitable as part of a buffet, etc. - we usually serve it in buns, more like a barbecue. If you are looking for a hog roast, I doubt you could improve on Ribble Valley Hog ...

We used Hog Roast from the Ribble Valley at our Daughter's wedding. We looked at a few web sites and reviews but this one stood out as being the more professional company. The hog roast was a huge success, the flavour of the meat was the best we have ever tasted and the salads were superb. My daughter organised a surprise Ruby Wedding + 65th Birthday part for my husband. We live in the Ribble Valley and apparently she thought 'local' and chose Ribble Valley Hog Roast. Everyone at the party totally agreed. they were thoroughly professional and courteous. The food (we had a hog roast but apparently there are different menus to choose from) was cooked to perfection, there was 100% given to detail. We had Ribble Valley Hog Roast to do a Hog Roast for our Ruby Wedding for 60 guests in our garden and we could not fault it. He was efficient and professional during the planning and booking stages and the service was superb on the day. Loads of people commented on how moist and tasty the pork was. We also had the salads and deserts (so there was nothing else to do) and they were v. good as well. Just got back from a party where hog was served from ribble valley - simply stunning ! Thoroughly recommended to everyone as it simply was delicious. The service provided was outstanding and everybody there seemed to thoroughly enjoy it. The accompanying salads were fresh and there was plenty of it ! This is a highly recommened operation to use at anyones garden party, wedding reception etc.

Can't thank ribble valley hog roast enough for the food he provided at our wedding this weekend. Having been in the catering trade my self for a considerable time as a chef, i was most impressed by the quality of the food & the professionalism that he showed. His attention to detail & politeness made the evening part of our function flow with ease & an undoubted success. Our guests were most impressed & highly appreciative. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Ribble Valley Hog Roast, catered for our garden party for 120 people and he couldnt have been more professional, efficient or reliable from the first contact to saying goodbye. The hog roast and salads were lovely and I would definely recommend him and book his services again.

Had Hog Roast for a garden party of just over 100. Excellent day, everyone really enjoyed the day despite the weather not setting off too well. I am normally fighting with a couple of barbeques, this way did not have to do anything apart from hoast. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone for a do.

We had our first hog roast last night from Ribble Valley Hog Roast as guests at a wedding and it was fantastic. Family comments included "absolutely gorgeous", "fantastic" and "very, very tasty". Our 10 year old had his first taste of 'cracklin' and loved it.

We contacted Ribble Valley Hog Roast after being dissatisfied with the customer service from another hog roast company and right from the word go was very impressed with efficient service we received. They kept in touch throughout to check on details for our garden party wedding of 60 guests. Turned up on time. Food was perfect. More than enough food for everyone. Brought everything we needed even apple sauce and stuffing.

These guys did a perfect job and the food was fantastic. Would certainly have them back again and will strongly recommend Ribble Valley Hog Roast, Lancashire.

Just a note to thank you for helping make my daughters wedding a great success.Your hog was fantastic,just as you said `done to a t`,the crackling was crisp and the meat juicy.

Ribble Valley Hog Roasts was superb. The quality of meat and service was impeccable. Not only professional, on-time and efficient, but approachable, friendly and enthusiastic.

My family and I had many comments regarding the food, all of which were commending the high quality of service and food. Many also commented on the spectacle of the hog on the spit, which for some was a first.

Absolutely fabulous - so many people commented on the sweet, beautifully cooked meat. Faultless in every way - great bakery baps too. One member of staff was on time, diligient, lovely to have around and a great asset to our event. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again ourselves.

Ribble Valley did a Hogroast for our wedding day. They were professional and punctual. The food was tasty and there was more than enough to go round. Salads and deserts were also good. Also fairly flexible with timings as weddings seem to overrun slightly!
