    Good Points: Superb construction, excellent trigger feel and action, pin point accuracy, and very comfortable adjustable grips.


    Bad Points: Feinwerkbau did not produce a short barreled version for the model 80. The result is some muzzle heaviness up front. Also, the FWB 80 requires a moderate cocking effrot. From the begining to the end of a match, some shooters will become more fatigued than those using CO2 or pre-charged guns.


    General comments: The Feinwerkbau model 80 is one of the best airpistols ever made. I bought mine in good condition, and it is still capable of punching one hole groups at ten meters, if I do my part! In my opinion, the vintage trigger action of the FWB 80 rivals many of the modern match airpsitols available today. With prices currently ranging from $300 and up, many can afford to purchase this exquisite airgun and have a lifetime of shooting satisfaction.

    The pistol is a collectors piece.

    With all of the adjustable virtues the gun also has a series of removable weights to allow preferential balance.

    The sights are also adjustable to allow front sight width or height. A wide rear sight blade allow for great field of view

    Accuracy, what can I say. The pistol will shoot better than I can. It will shoot centimeters at Olmpic distances.
