“Lied over the phone, poorly packaged guitar.”

I called to ask for a 2013 Fender Strat. The guy on the phone confirmed more than twice that the guitar was brand new, from 2013 and would be shipped the same day. As I placed the order over the phone ( I had to do this as the website would not process my order for that guitar ), he then told me it would be a day late because he got the delivery time wrong. Read a lot about this before buying - many reviews not good - saying the product was cheap and shoddy, faulty buttons and poor quality. Decided that at just over £30 it was worth a punt.
