Good Points: Easy to cockTake down featureComes with a fitted case

Bad Points: The take down nut gets loose after extended shooting. No scope stop feature.

General comments: The Tech Force model 67 in .177 is a great rifle for plinking. At short range it can be quite accurate as well. At 10 yards I can easily shoot half inch groups from a standing position. It takes practice to get good with it. I found mine to be hold sensitive. Mine seems to like the Crossman Premier hollow points the most. It is not a powerful air rifle so it is not the best hunting gun. It could take out pests at ranges under 20 yards if needed. The feature of the gun that influenced me to buy it was the ability to take it down. It is very easy to take down and it holds its zero. It is almost all made of metal. The only plastic parts are the open sights and the handle. Mine was dieseling quite a bit when I first got it so I took it apart and cleaned out all of the grease from the firing chamber. When i reassembled it is shot much better. It was quieter and no longer dieseled. The blueing on the gun is adequate but is not the same grade found on European guns. The stock finish is some kind of dark military like finish. Personally I like the way the blueing and the finish are because it gives it a more military look. The scope that the gun came with is hard to use. It is hard to adjust right and is very sensitive to eye relief. It does work though. I put a Tasco 3-9 x 32 on it and it has worked very well. The only problem i found with the gun was the lack of a scope stop. I found that my scope kept gradually shifting. To fix the problem i removed the original mounting rail and installed a permanent mount. The mount I used is no longer available for sale, but one could easily put a Weaver rail on it that would fix the creep problem. If you want a small, very portable gun for plinking the Tech Force 67 is an excellent choice.
