    Good Points: Not sure as have not flown with them. They do agree that I can have the money back...


    Bad Points: Several phone conversations and three emails - no easy money back.


    General comments: Clickair changed flights I bought for my parents to sevilla from gatwick airport to heathrow airport and changed the date on the way back. Parents flying from edinburgh so the connecting flights with BA (non refundable) could not be moved on the way out and were useless on the way back. I trying to get my money back for the return flight with click air.
    It seems the customer service department cannot deal with it directly and passes it on. It also quite difficult now for them to realise that the flights have been changed so that is why I am wanting a refund so it causes a big conversation.

    I flew with clickair a few months ago and thought they were very good. we had our flights moved from gatwick to heathrow due to connecting flights at gatwick we could not make the heathrow flight! for the last three weeks been trying to phone them all phone numbers given are not available and up now 16 emails still had no refund or confirmation to say that my flight has been cancelled or that i am getting a refund. this company is a night mare to deal with they change there flights

    Flew clickair from Rome to Frankfurt and missed my connecting flight in 2008. They said when you get inside the building there will be an attendant to help facilitate your flight arrangements. Got inside- no one there.
