Good Points: Distance is staggering due to the strong lofts and titanium face. Expect to drop one maybe two clubs for the same distance. I went to a 9 iron from an 8 iron for 150 yards. Accuracy is very good even when your swing is off. I have improved from 75% to 85% which has caused me to drop 3 to 4 strokes per round. Looks are excellent but did not buy these for that reason.
The thing I like the most about these clubs is that once you get use to them you know what they are going to do and they are relatrively straight. Since I am a low 80's shooter that gives me better control of my game. A very controlled swing with these clubs will give a ball flight that is amazing to watch. Sometimes it actually feels like I know what I am doing!

Bad Points: If you have old technology and go to these, you will notice quite a change and you will have to rethink your game. I used a set of Tommy Armours 845 oversized for 20 years and had to swing hard to get them to do what I wanted. I have had the Burner XD irons for 9 months and it took some getting use too as I had to actually slow down my swing by about 25%. With these irons, you will have to hit the ball higher since lower shots will be hard to stop on the green. I have hit may shots through the greens because of the strong lofts when trying to hit a punch shot.

General comments: After 120 rounds this year, I am finally getting use to these clubs due to the the massive amount of technology versus my very old sticks. Most shots are very accurate and I can now control distance. They are very easy to hit with good feedback for a mid level player. However, I would not recommend these these clubs for a scratch or 2-4 player as it is very difficult to fade or draw these irons more than 5-6 yards. For the low handicappers, I recomend the R7's.
