    Good Points: Tickets to anything and everything.


    Bad Points: Phony seats and misleading sales staff.


    General comments: I believe Prestige Entertainment is a highly regarded brokerage house. Their website is second to none. I was lead to think that they are working to get the customer a great seat at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately, my experience with them has made me think that they are out for the almighty buck only and don't care at all about their customers. They baited and switched like it was going out of style and showed no guilt for my disappointment. I give them the worst possible rating a broker can receive.
