Good Points: Excellent Meal Plans and good value for money. I lost six pounds in the first week and in week two I am another two pounds lighter. I no longer crave sweet foods and am feeling healthier than I have in a long time.
Bad Points: There is a lot of work to do individually to manage your weight loss and some people may not like on line support as opposed to talking to a person.
General comments: Overall I am very impressed with closerdiets.com and would recommend it to my friends and family. The website has supported me in losing weight and has given me the motivation I needed to start the weight loss process. I am really enjoying the recipes and am finding that I am actually eating more but still losing weight. The meal plans are easy to follow and the shopping list is a real help.

I felt that Closer Diets was a waste of my time. I was much better off using a 2 week diet and sensible eating plan that you can pick up in any weekly magazine for about 80p not 13.95 per month.Unless I had special dietary requirements, I wouldn't bother.
