“When it goes wrong”

We went on a cheap holiday to Majorca. The flight times changed by 2 hours, but it was us who found that out, not Broadway. A narrow escape. And getting the paperwork changed was not easy. When we got there, the transfers were poor, but worse, the hotel was overbooked (a common practice as many other guests had the same experience). We did not get a room until the 2nd night. I have booked with Broadway several times and had good experiences for the price paid. i just wanted Broadway to know with my last holiday there were a few problems. Firstly although the agent who booked the holiday said there was definateley luggage included there was not. Luckily I rang to double check. This was quite stressful as our flight was the next day and my printer was not working. “DO NOT BOOK TOURS”

Rome tour overpriced and not worth the money! Booked the tour and was rushed through the Collosseum to get to the Palestine Hill only shortly after arriving to hear an announcement that they we closing and we had to leave. “Dearer than advertised”

Booking a 4 day trip to Amsterdam on the phone ,the price was approx £120 more than advertised on the net. When I queried this Iwas told that the price changes by the minute due to airline ticket prices. After I had booked this my daughter went on to the airline site(Easyjet),she could have booked the exactsame package,flight times,date,hotelfor approx,£50 less. “Shame about the back up service”

We booked a holiday to Turkey in June with Broadway. The booking staff were great and gave good service. We booked a garden room at a premium and even checked two weeks before as our ticket simply said room. Low Cost Beds who are their agents for rooms emailed me back to confirm that we had got garden rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, guess what, they hadnt booked us a garden room, we got a disabled room.
