“Expensive, poor website and even worse customer service”

Where do I start... Website is confusing leading you to believe you have booked a room with aircon when you haven't. When you look to ammend you find the cost of the aircon is effectively doubling the cost of the accommodation. When we got the resort we found we could upgrade to aircon for just a few Euros!! We requested directions to the resort from Broadway Travel, but they refused. “RUBBISH!”

Having just returned from a holiday in Corfu, Broadway Travel have again messed up. I booked last year via Broadway Travel for 2 ladies to go to Corfu. I asked for both our bags to go in the hold of the aircraft but was told when I got to the airport that only 1 bag had been processed! In order for my luggage to accompany me I had to pay an extortianate amount of money. I broached the subject with the agents to be told it was my fault for not checking! “Need to organise themselves!!!”

I booked a holiday with this company to Gran Canaria. I emailed them in July asking for one or two details regarding my booking. Received a reply but only half of the questions were answered. Emailed again to say half the information requested was ignored, received an email saying they were sorry but I still didn't get the information required. “Don’t book with Broadway Travel Group!”

My mother and I visited Egypt and we booked with Inspired Luxury Escapes ( who I believe work on behalf on Broadway Travel). I have been having a dispute with them over the holiday package sold to me and after several complaints they claim there is nothing they can do. My mother contracted salmonella on her travels and I was constantly harassed by the hotels staff. “Great Holiday but Travel was a nightmare!!!”

We booked a 1 week all inclusive to Rhodes via Broadway Travel - Overall the organisation of this holiday was a joke... On the way out we were diverted to Birmingham Airport and told the night before making us have to leave 4 hours earlier than we booked making us lose a nights sleep. We had to get a bus to Bham after driving an hour to Gatwick - I didn't book Bham and didn't want to fly from Bham. You must separate the travelling and the main part of your trip. I had a fantastic holiday in Turkey, followed by the worst flight home I have ever experienced.
Would I go again? Yes, the hotel etc was great, it made a two hour cramped flight seem insignificant.

“over 300 quid more when ringing up”

i saw a deal to majorca for 550 for two all inclusive, rung them up and asked how many suitcases i said one. asked transfers said yes. then said final price would be 849 pound. 299 more how teletext and ice lolly a joke as they using these companies and when ring up not nothing like what your suppose to pay. easier to use thomas cook… Read Full Review

Booked a holiday to Cyprus through Inspured Luxury Escapes (Trading name of Broadway Travel). Were very impressed with service prior to departure, everything seemed well organised. On arrival at Larnaca Airport on 29th Sept there was no taxi for us. Contacted local contact number for taxi only to be told they no longer did transfers for Inspired. “Suite Hotel Castillo De Elba in Fuerteventura”

Returned on the 30th Jan after 3 weeks winter break at this hotel, we booked self catering expecting to find the basics in the kitchen but on arrival noticed no kettle or toaster. These items were offered for hire at 8 euros per item per week total 48 euros which I chose to manage without on principle and boiled water in a small saucepan. I have mixed reviews about broadwaytravel as initially I was extremely pleased with the service delivered by Jade, the sales rep. She advised me on both location and resort and her suggestions were A1 - both were fabulous.
However, the remainder of the service rapidly declined!!! I booked my all inclusive holiday to Lanzarote for 2 adults and an infant on 27.410 yet on 19.5.10 (the day before my flight) I had not received my tickets.

I recently just booked a holiday for myself and my partener. After spending alot of time phoning broodway talking to different helpful staff who helped me decide what hotel to chose and what dates I finally called back to book and pay and unfortunately got another member of staff.
