    Good Points: Excellent Service, powerful servers for my VPS (8 cores), instant setup, plesk panel. Needed some help, phoned in and got a knowledgeable technician, who helped me a lot. Great to get such good service! Hope they keep it up.


    Bad Points: Haven't come across any yet.


    General comments: I found their website easy to use and navigate, to be honest, had I not needed any help, every thing was set up instantly, and I wouldn't have needed to call (guess I like a little human interaction!). Connection speed for my sites seemed to be quite fast.
