I can't praise NuBlue enough, they talk to me in English and they sort it out - FAST. I run a Magento E-Commerce site and I was swimming in soup when I first started out, but the guys in support helped even when I messed up big time - and I did. I would recommend them to anyone. We have been working with NuBlue now for some years and would highly recommend them. Our experience with other hosting and internet service providers has been that when you need support there is no one to ring and you are left waiting for days for someone to read and respond to your support ticket, normally with an automated response that doesn't even answer your querie. I have recently become a user of new blue and as a Mac user found it a little tricky to get the mail settings correct. On calling and speaking to the team they were fantastic as apparently it was not just me but was actually really tricky to set up. These guys really know what they're doing. The servers never have any trouble; although the backend doesn't have all the crazy bells and whistles other competitors brag about, everything I've needed has just worked. Setting up email? We have been using NuBlue for a VPS server for around 2 years now, and I can firmly say they are the best hosting company I have dealt with. Quick support, always helpful, and never had an issue with the servers(other than when I break things!) They even respond to out of hours emails when things go really wrong late at night.
