I have a number of websites hosted with NuBlue and they are delight to work with.. The tech support is simply amazing, no call centers staff just genuine people that are total experts in their field and everyone is really helpful. Nublue support guys helped me enormously developing my first Magento website which went live about a year ago. I couldn't have done it without them. They go above and beyond what you would expect from a normal hosting company - nothing is too much trouble and they really do know their stuff. Even when you ask stupid questions, they don't mind! The support team are genuinely amazing - they are fast and can't be helpful enough. I needed a backup of my website before shutting it down (dev website, didn't go live in the end) so the support team kept the hosting up longer, took the backups and loaded them into an FTP folder for me, all without asking! I do not have a bad word to say about these uys. They are not necessarily the cheapest but as with most things in life you get what you pay for. They have fantastic customer service who are always helpful and the servers they use seem to be quick and stable. I first used Nublue hosting a few years ago (2004) when I first set up my web site and to be honest under Andrew Hardman and others it went great.Unfortunately it didnt have a forum, so I opted for punbb and the forum was brilliant. I then changed my service supplier to Easily through a friend and although that went well it didnt have a facility for the Forums and they could transfer the data etc. However they got some one to set it up and link it in. I use Nublue in a business context and pay a premium for the service, but it's worth it. Always responsive no matter how I contact them. Things get sorted quickly and they are tolerant of stupid questions. When hosting seems all the same technically speaking the only real selling point for a host is support and here Nublue are terrific. I've been with NuBlue for a couple of years now. Their service is exemplary. They are by far the best host I have used a number of different ones in the UK and US for a number of years. Support is by phone or email. Emails are always answered, usually within the hour. They help out with all aspects and difficulties you may run into. Need a database exporting? No problem.
