I've had dealings with several different ISPs over the last 20 years, and none of them have been as easy as Easily. I especially like the fact that Easily reminds me when renewals of domains or hosting are due and gives me the chance not to continue with them if I wish. I have found it very simple to contact the customer service team who have always been extremely helpful on the rare occasions when I've run into difficulties. I have been an easily customer for over a decade and up to now I have been happy with their service. Unfortunately that all changed yesterday when my company had a total blackout on receiving emails. Unfortunately for me I have three separate domains held with easily and all of them were out from 9am until approx 2am the next day. Yesterday, not for the first time, customers weren't able to receive any emails from about 8.30 in the morning until 10.30 at night. Impossible to contact any one because of insufficient staff and no easy-to-find explanation on their website. No acknowledgement or apology either. “Messy management interface and non-working elements”

Domain management page is messy and non-intuitive. The key to the icons is wrong as the icons in the key are not the same as the icons on the page. The live chat in the help section is never live and the button to call tries to launch a web application rather than actually give a number. on your ask a question page the submit button is hidden off the page and the dropdown text boxes are cut off in firefox. I have used Easily for years. I am not sure what has happened in the last few months but it is garbage now. I have worn out a mouse trying to navigate the website, the scroll wheel is red hot. Pages don't load. Its probably the worst website I have used for a long time. As for the service, no Chat available, phones not answered, email response is slow as always. “Dire deteriorated service - avoid”

Easily used to be great, was exactly what you want from a company. I have been using them for over 15 years but the last couple of years the service has deteriorated to a point its just non existent. This morning none of my emails were sending. I looked on Easily web site to find a notice dated 4 NOv that everything was fine and working perfectly!!!!! If it takes Easily this long to realise that emails are NOT being sent and to update their web site WHAT are they doing.. I am overseas and my email is not working. The only number that is obvious on your website is an 0800 number which I can't phone.
