“easily the worst provider on the planet”

I have used easily for 10 or so years what the hell has happened!!! I can't work today because of them I need a link and every time it finally gets here it has expired. The email has been down more than it's up for at least the past 2 weeks. I'd like to ring up and get some answers, but their support services shut at 5.30. “Going downhill fast”

Our email service is down for the third time in two weeks. This (and many other items) been going on for months - getting steadily worse. I have also just put two and two together - our successful websites are dropping in visits the last two months (after 3 years consistent growth)while others hosted elsewhere are still growing. Completely agree, having similar issues. Terminally incompetent company - I rang their overseas users' landline number and the switchboard operator (who seems the only one to have taken an honesty pill!) told me they'd 'just moved offices', which explains the resulting chaos and unreliable service, but doesn't explain why they didn't a) plan for and predict IT issues or b) warn customers in advance that they were moving and to expect some disruption. I'll be moving hosting elsewhere as soon as I can, no matter what they do or don't do now. Anyone know of a good company to move to?

I moved to them, and have had no problems at all. Very helpful support with changeover. Had another 9 months to run on Easily contract, but just glad to get away from them.

“Abysmal Reliability”

Been with Easily for 5 years, but going to new host this week. Used to be good, but now have problems on an almost daily basis. No connectivity for hours, emails then take up to a day to arrive. Support almost non existent, when they are there! Avoid like the plague… Read Full Review

“Totally unreliable”

I also finally jumped ship after 10 recently, and omg what a difference. Easily is pre-historic by comparison. Almost every day there's some kind of problem with Easily, but hey.. they've got 100's of thousands of other customers who stay largely out of ignorance (like I did) so who cares right?

Paid £29.99 for 1 year hosting 24 Sept 2013 Easily de-activated my account 28 August 2014 which is 11 months 4 days not the 1 year that I paid for. “Worst hosting company I've ever used”

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm (except Wednesday) Wednesday: 10am to 5.30pm Saturday & Sunday: email support from 10am to 3pm Those are the support hours, offered by easily.co.uk. Agree with others, the almost weekly problems I've experienced with my (very basic) business website have actually left me quite traumatised and with no option but to change host. Very unreliable set up. having used them for over 15 years I have been happy with them up until the last year or two. It has been getting steadily worse and now there is no other description than terrible to describe them. SQL server hosts go off line regularly, they have to move hosting servers several times and each time settings get changed resulting in pages that used to work not working. Three websites down for over a week and replies claiming "our engineers are working on it". Now no responses for updates for the last three days. This company's servers are down with alarming regularity. Recently they have been down twice in one week. No emails for seven hours, no communication from the company, nothing on their twitter feed - just radio silence. “Unhappy recent experieces”

Having been with easily for some ten years, I'm now looking at moving away as I have nothing but problems over the past months. I have had an SSL certificate added to my site - and it took almost a month to get it working - and it's more expensive than many other providers offer. Also have loads of grief with a new web design and shopping cart SW I'm using. “Only one star as it's impossible to give zero.”

They offer a one-click wordpress install for their basic package. A client of mine already had the hosting but wanted me to build their wordpress site with a simple booking system - payment provided by paypal. “Reviews here are not harsh enough!”

Personally, I don't think even the negative reviews here are negative enough. The other day, a site of mine simply disappeared. I could not ftp to it and when I visited the MySql admin page, I was greeted by the message 'no database tables exist'. Easily's explanation was that the site had been suspended 'over a month ago' due to bandwidth being exceeded.
