“Easily Is A Shambles”

I have been an easily customer for over a decade and up to now I have been happy with their service. Unfortunately that all changed yesterday when my company had a total blackout on receiving emails. Unfortunately for me I have three separate domains held with easily and all of them were out from 9am until approx 2am the next day. “Email suspended for 14 hours - again”

Yesterday, not for the first time, customers weren't able to receive any emails from about 8.30 in the morning until 10.30 at night. Impossible to contact any one because of insufficient staff and no easy-to-find explanation on their website. No acknowledgement or apology either. So today my email went down which lead me to call Easily. It is unlikley to be a coincidence that both their telephone lines and their 'live chat' online support is switched off!! Leaving me no form of instand support. Not very impressed, this is our first year with you as our host retired and we have received an email to renew our Domain name but when i try to log on to do this you say invlaid password so i followed the link to changed this and changed my password but you still says the new on is invalid so i am unable to log in to pay for the renewal and it will expire next month. “Messy management interface and non-working elements”

Domain management page is messy and non-intuitive. The key to the icons is wrong as the icons in the key are not the same as the icons on the page. The live chat in the help section is never live and the button to call tries to launch a web application rather than actually give a number. on your ask a question page the submit button is hidden off the page and the dropdown text boxes are cut off in firefox. “Gone downhill - fast”

I have used Easily for years. I am not sure what has happened in the last few months but it is garbage now. I have worn out a mouse trying to navigate the website, the scroll wheel is red hot. Pages don't load. Its probably the worst website I have used for a long time. As for the service, no Chat available, phones not answered, email response is slow as always. “Dire deteriorated service - avoid”

Easily used to be great, was exactly what you want from a company. I have been using them for over 15 years but the last couple of years the service has deteriorated to a point its just non existent. This morning none of my emails were sending. I looked on Easily web site to find a notice dated 4 NOv that everything was fine and working perfectly!!!!! I am overseas and my email is not working. The only number that is obvious on your website is an 0800 number which I can't phone. “A shadow of former glory”

Easily used to be brilliant, sadly it is now awful. I have been with them since around 2000, and in those days the product/service was brilliant and the support was fantastic, (although only needed when I had done something stupid), slightly dearer but well worth it. Now, the back end systems are unreliable and the support almost non-existent. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear. “Left after 12 years”

3 months or so ago their email servers would be down every day, with emails not being sent and taking hours to arrive. This was happening every few days, despite their assurances it would not happen again. After 12 years I kicked them in to touch. They are shambolic. I changed all my web hosting and email hosting and domain registration to 123-reg. It only takes a few hours for everything to change over, plus it's all done online so you don't even have to speak to anyone. My advise is to change… Read Full Review

“One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with”

They never answer the phone (half an hour on hold!), our website went down for about 2 months -they didn't even know, it turns out we had to log-in to the site to make changes so it worked with their new software (no notification of this) which was impossible (the site was down!), they sent a link to software they reckoned we needed, the link contained a virus, their customer service is terrible, they are very unhelpful, unprofessional and incompetent. we are having the same problem. automated responses from email. However I have managed to get through on four out of six occasions - no joy whatsoever when I did!! Apologies but no answers
25 - 40 minutes wait on each occasion listening to an automated message saying all representatives are busy but will be answered asap

Time to move on as you say = already got the wheels in motion

My Website has been inaccessible for over a week. This morning I received an email from Thirumurugan Rathakrishnan saying this was fixed. No its not fixed at all! The same problem exists. I have used easily for 10 or so years what the hell has happened!!! I can't work today because of them I need a link and every time it finally gets here it has expired. Our email service is down for the third time in two weeks. This (and many other items) been going on for months - getting steadily worse. I have also just put two and two together - our successful websites are dropping in visits the last two months (after 3 years consistent growth)while others hosted elsewhere are still growing.
